شركة عبد اللطيف جميل تعلن عن وظيفة مدير أسطول النقل في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لإدارة عمليات الأسطول اليومية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وتحقيق رضا العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ الخطة اليومية لنقل المركبات
  • الإشراف على الحالة العامة للأسطول وضمان الحد الأدنى من فترات التوقف
  • ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد للمركبات
  • مراقبة نسبة تلف الشحنات وفق الخطة المتفق عليها
  • الحفاظ على تكلفة التشغيل ضمن النسبة المخطط لها
  • إدارة عمليات الأسطول اليومية والإشراف على صيانته
  • مراقبة استهلاك الوقود عبر مقارنة وجهة الرحلة بالتكلفة الفعلية
  • جدولة الطرق ومواعيد التسليم
  • ضمان توفر السائقين يومياً ومراقبة سلوكهم
  • تطوير وتدريب السائقين على تحميل وتفريغ المركبات
  • الامتثال للوائح الحكومية

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة دبلوم في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في عمليات الأسطول
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
  • معرفة متقدمة في إدارة عمليات الأسطول
  • الكفاءات: المساءلة (فرد مساهم)، التخطيط والمواءمة، التركيز على العميل، التعلم من التفكير، تعزيز التعاون

المهارات المطلوبة

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for day to day fleet operation , in order to maintain running the operation smoothly , and insure the customer satisfaction

Execute the daily plan of vehicles transport

Fleet Condition overall

On time delivery for vehicles

Shipment Damage Ratio

Maintain The Operation cost

Major Activities

Manage day to day fleet operation

Overseeing and coordinating fleet maintenance

Maintain fuel consumption ( Trip destination vs Actual cost of fuel )

Execute the daily plan and monitor the on time delivery for vehicles

Scheduling the routs and deliveries

Insure drivers availability on daily basis

Monitor drivers behavior on daily basis

Develop and train the drivers  ( Loading and offloading of the vehicles )

Comply with Government regulation

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Shain management or equivalent, Bachelor Degree of business administration or equivalent is preferable

Minimum Experience

8 years experience in Fleet Operation
