المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تقدم برنامج التحول الرقمي.
- العمل ضمن هيكل الحوكمة المعتمد لضمان التنسيق والمواءمة بين المبادرات الاستراتيجية الفردية مع بعضها البعض ومع التحول الشامل.
- دعم تسليم وإدارة المشاريع الرقمية من خلال تسهيل اتخاذ القرارات عبر الأقسام.
- تحليل خطط المشاريع لتجنب التداخل بين المهام.
- تحديد التبعيات بين المشاريع والعمل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتلبيتها.
- مراقبة التقدم والإبلاغ عنه، وتنبيه الإدارة إلى المشكلات المحتملة قبل حدوثها أو عند ظهورها (إدارة المخاطر والقضايا).
- رفع القضايا في الوقت المناسب واقتراح طرق لحلها.
- ترتيب اجتماعات توجيهية أسبوعية وشهرية وربع سنوية مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الشركة ومنهجياتها.
- إشراك أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع والتواصل حول التغيير باستمرار وبشكل متكرر عبر قنوات متعددة.
- تسهيل اتخاذ القرارات عبر الأقسام من خلال ورش العمل والاجتماعات.
- تعزيز ثقافة التحول الرقمي بين جميع أصحاب المصلحة.
- مراقبة الاتجاهات الرقمية التخريبية باستمرار، وتطبيق التدخلات الاستباقية أو التفاعلية لمواجهتها أو استغلالها حسب الاقتضاء.
- تحديد التغييرات في المؤسسة والعمليات التي يجب أن تحدث كجزء من التحول الرقمي.
- اقتراح الأفكار والتقنيات لتخفيف المخاطر وحل القضايا.
- اقتراح التحسينات أو التغييرات المطلوبة للحفاظ على عملية إدارة دورة حياة المشروع (PLM) فعالة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها؛ يُفضل أن يكون المؤهل الهندسي أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات/الرقمية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات/الرقمية باستخدام منهجيات رشيقة مثل Scrum، SAFe، إلخ.
- خبرة في إدارة التغيير (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في تيسير التفكير التصميمي (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة PMI-PMP (مطلوبة).
- شهادة PMI-ACP (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادة Professional Scrum Master (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادات CCMP أو Prosci (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق للتكنولوجيا، وإدارة التغيير، ومعرفة بالعناصر التخريبية الحالية والناشئة.

Major Activities
1. Manage the progress of the Digital Transformation Program
2. Works within the approved governance structure to ensure coordination and alignment of the individual strategic initiatives with one another, as well as with the overall transformation
3. Support the delivery and management of digital projects by facilitating cross-functional decision making
4. Analyze projects plans to avoid projects / tasks overlapping
5. Define projects dependencies and working with the stakeholders to satisfy them
6. Monitor and report on the program progress, alerting management to potential issues or problems before they or as they arise (issue and risk management)
7. Escalate issues in time and advise ways to resolve the issues
5. Arrange for weekly, monthly and quarterly steering meetings with all stakeholders
9. Ensure the adherence to company standards and methodologies
10. Engage project stakeholders and communicate the change consistently, frequently, and through multiple channels.
11. Facilitate cross-functional decision making through workshops and meetings
12. Reinforce the digital transformation culture among all stakeholders
13. Constantly monitor disruptive digital trends and, where appropriate, apply proactive or reactive interventions to counter/exploit these trends

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent; an engineering qualification and/or an MBA will be an advantage
Minimum Experience
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in the management and implementation of IT/digital projects
• 3+ Years of experience in managing IT/digital projects using agile methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, etc
• Change management experience will be an advantage
• Experience in design thinking facilitation will be an advantage.
Job-Specific Skills
Deep understanding of technology, change management and a knowledge of present and emerging disruptive elements.
