Overview Of The Role:

The role requires ensuring compliance with customs and port authorities as well as adhering to KSA regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include warehousing, documentation, port clearance, and ensuring prompt deliveries across various dealer locations in KSA to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and business targets. Success in this role involves on-time supply and delivery at minimal cost, maintaining budgeted net contribution through strategic cost management, and fostering strong relationships with customers and regulatory bodies.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure strict, accurate, and timely management reporting to provide visibility of daily operational performance, achievements, and trends.
• Update KPI dashboards and operational reports for management review through SAP systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for all logistics and supply chain activities within the division.
• Ensure SOPs are in place for all supply chain activities to standardize procedures.
• Monitor financial targets through monthly P&L review.
• Achieve Net Profit budget through strict cost control and monitoring financial dimensions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication, advice, and operational feedback.
• Engage with customers regularly via email, calls, online Teams calls, and face-to-face contacts.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and customer requirements across all showrooms, dealer, and distributor locations in KSA.
• Ensure all vehicle movements within the premises adhere to strict compliance with safety and relevant quality standards.
• Formulate and finalize SLAs with customers and negotiate with suppliers aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to prepare and sign SLAs and contracts with customers and suppliers, regularly reviewing performance.
• Conduct staff performance appraisals and development reviews in line with company regulations.
• Implement PDR techniques for staff development both half-yearly and yearly.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong knowledge of SAP and relevant computer applications.
• Organizational skills to manage logistics efficiently.
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team interactions.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and computer applications with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
