شركة لوسيد (Lucid) تعلن عن وظيفة مدير، تمويل النقل (Manager, Transportation Finance) في السعودية، بهدف تقديم دعم دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لتخطيط تكاليف الشحن والرسوم الجمركية، وتحليل التباين، وإعداد الميزانيات، وتقييم المخزون، مع العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق كفاءة التكلفة والتميز التشغيلي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وصيانة تكاليف المخزون والشحن والرسوم الجمركية للواردات والصادرات.
- التنسيق مع فرق اللوجستيات والمشتريات لضمان دقة وأمثلية تكاليف الشحن من الباب إلى الباب.
- تحليل الانحرافات في التكاليف وتقديم مدخلات للإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المساعدة في إعداد الخطط طويلة الأجل والميزانيات السنوية والتوقعات المتجددة.
- جمع وتحليل المدخلات من فرق اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد لتوقعات التكاليف.
- مراقبة الالتزام بالتكاليف المدرجة في الميزانية والإبلاغ عن تجاوزات محتملة عبر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- تتبع والإبلاغ عن فروقات المخزون والشحن الوارد والصادر والرسوم الجمركية.
- المساعدة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية لفروقات التكاليف الهامة.
- دعم إعداد تقارير أداء المصنع الشهرية المتعلقة بمؤشرات أداء التكلفة.
- العمل مع فرق تطوير المنتجات الجديدة واللوجستيات لتقديم تقديرات التكلفة عند التسليم.
- المساعدة في إعداد دراسات الجدوى وتتبع تطور التكلفة خلال مراحل التصميم.
- التحقق من أهداف التكلفة بناءً على المعايير الداخلية واتجاهات السوق.
- إعداد تقارير ولوحات معلومات منتظمة للشحن والرسوم الجمركية.
- تقديم تحليل اتجاهات التكلفة والمدخرات وفوائد التوطين.
- دعم أنشطة إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ المتعلقة بفريق اللوجستيات.
- المحافظة على دقة بيانات التكاليف في نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (وحدة SAP CO).
- المساعدة في إعداد الشبكات والمسارات للمنتجات الجديدة.
- إجراء مراجعات دورية للبيانات الرئيسية للتكاليف للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في أدوار تكلفة المنتج أو مالية المصنع في قطاع التصنيع، ويفضل خبرة في السيارات أو السيارات الكهربائية.
- الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (يفضل SAP) وتحليل Excel.
- مؤهل CA / CMA / MBA (مالية) أو ما يعادله.

- فهم قوي لمبادئ المخزون والشحن الوارد والصادر ومحركات التكلفة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتفسير بيانات جيدة.
- استباقي ودقيق مع التركيز على التنفيذ.
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة والتعامل مع أولويات متعددة.

Position Overview:
To ensure accurate and timely assistance on Freight and Tariffs cost planning, variance analysis, budgeting, and inventory valuation while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation Finance:
- Prepare and maintain Inventory, Freight & Duty cost for inbound and Outbound.
- Coordinate with logistics & procurement teams to ensure D2D freight is accurate & optimal.
- Analyze cost deviations and provide inputs for corrective actions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in preparation of Long term plan, annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Collect and analyze inputs from logistics and supply chain for cost projections.
- Monitor adherence to budgeted costs and flag potential overruns through KPI’s
- Cost Variance Analysis:
- Track and report Inventory, inbound, outbound freight and tariffs variances.
- Assist in root-cause analysis of significant cost variances.
- Support monthly plant performance reporting related to cost KPIs.
- New Product Costing Support:
- Work with NPD, Logistics teams to provide landed cost estimates.
- Help prepare business cases and track cost evolution through design phases.
- Validate cost targets based on internal benchmarks and market trends.
- Cost Reporting & MIS:
- Prepare regular freight and tariff reports and dashboards.
- Present cost trend analysis, savings, and localization benefits.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to logistics team.
- Data Integrity & ERP Costing Module:
- Maintain accuracy of costing data in ERP (SAP CO module).
- Assist in setting up networks and routings for new products.
- Perform periodic audits of cost master data for completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications Required:
- 10-15 years of experience in product costing or plant finance roles in manufacturing; automotive/EV experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel-based analysis.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of inventory, Inbound and Outbound principles and cost drivers.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
