أكسنتشر تبحث عن مدير أول لهندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Architecture Senior Manager) للعمل في الرياض. ستقود استراتيجية وتصميم وبناء منصات وحلول ذكاء اصطناعي على مستوى المؤسسة، مع التركيز على الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (Generative AI) ونماذج اللغات الضخمة (LLMs) والنماذج متعددة الوسائط.

بصفتك مديراً أول لهندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ستتولى قيادة استراتيجية وتصميم وتنفيذ منصات ومعماريات ذكاء اصطناعي على مستوى المؤسسة، مما يتيح تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتقدمة بما في ذلك الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي ونماذج اللغات الضخمة والنماذج متعددة الوسائط. ستحدد معمارية الذكاء الاصطناعي المستهدفة، وتقود قرارات التكنولوجيا، وتؤسس أسس ذكاء اصطناعي قابلة للتطوير وآمنة ومحكومة تعزز الابتكار التجاري وتبني الذكاء الاصطناعي على نطاق المؤسسة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتطوير استراتيجيات معمارية الذكاء الاصطناعي للمؤسسة، والأطر، والمعماريات المرجعية بما في ذلك الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي ونماذج اللغات الضخمة وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي متعددة الوسائط.
  • تقييم تقنيات ومنصات وأنماط معمارية الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة، وتقديم القيادة في اختيار التكنولوجيا واعتمادها.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ خرائط طريق تحول الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تؤسس أسس الذكاء الاصطناعي للمؤسسة وقابلية التوسع على المدى الطويل.
  • تصميم وتشغيل منصات ذكاء اصطناعي شاملة تدعم تطوير النماذج ونشرها ومراقبتها وإدارتها وإدارة دورة حياتها.
  • قيادة دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة عبر منصات البيانات وأنظمة النماذج و MLOps والبنية التحتية السحابية والأمن وأطر الحوكمة.
  • هندسة وبناء مكونات منصات ذكاء اصطناعي مخصصة لمعالجة متطلبات الأعمال والتقنية المعقدة.
  • تحسين البنية التحتية للحوسبة وبيئات تقديم النماذج وأعباء عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي الموزعة لتحقيق قابلية التوسع والأداء والموثوقية وكفاءة التكلفة.
  • وضع معايير تشغيلية للذكاء الاصطناعي في المؤسسة تشمل المراقبة والرصد وإدارة الأداء ومرونة المنصة.
  • تنفيذ ضوابط الذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول والأمن والخصوصية وإدارة المخاطر والامتثال عبر حلول ومنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال والتقنية لتحديد نماذج حوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعايير المعمارية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تقديم القيادة التقنية والإرشاد لفرق المعمارية والهندسة والبيانات طوال مبادرات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي أو معمارية المؤسسة أو منصات البيانات أو معمارية السحابة أو أدوار قيادة تقنية ذات صلة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتنفيذ منصات ذكاء اصطناعي وتعلم آلة على مستوى المؤسسة وحلول ذكاء اصطناعي متقدمة.
  • فهم عميق للذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (Generative AI) ونماذج اللغات الضخمة (Large Language Models - LLMs) والنماذج متعددة الوسائط وتقنيات النظام البيئي للذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة قوية مع منصات سحابية مثل Azure أو AWS أو Google Cloud وخدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعلم الآلة الخاصة بها.
  • خبرة في MLOps وهندسة منصات الذكاء الاصطناعي ونشر النماذج ومراقبتها وتشغيلها.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ أطر أمن الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوكمة والامتثال والذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول.
  • خبرة قيادية قوية في المعمارية مع القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى واستراتيجية التكنولوجيا.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة في إنشاء أسس الذكاء الاصطناعي للمؤسسة أو مراكز التميز في الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI CoE) أو برامج تحول الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • معرفة بقواعد البيانات المتجهة (vector databases) والاسترجاع المعزز بالتوليد (Retrieval-Augmented Generation - RAG) ووكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي وأطر التنسيق وأنماط المعمارية المتقدمة للذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة مع Kubernetes والحاويات والحوسبة الموزعة والبنية التحتية عالية الأداء للذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • خبرة في مراقبة الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI observability) وتحسين أداء النماذج وموثوقية المنصة وإدارة التكلفة.
  • مهارات قوية في الاستشارات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتواصل التنفيذي.
  • الشهادات ذات الصلة في معمارية السحابة أو الذكاء الاصطناعي أو تعلم الآلة أو معمارية المؤسسة مفضلة.

Role Overview

As an AI Architecture Senior Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms and architectures, enabling the adoption of advanced AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-modal models. You will define the target-state AI architecture, drive technology decisions, and establish scalable, secure, and governed AI foundations that accelerate business innovation and enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture strategies, frameworks, and reference architectures, including Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-modal AI solutions.
  • Assess emerging AI technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns, providing leadership on technology selection and adoption.
  • Develop and execute AI transformation roadmaps that establish enterprise AI foundations and long-term scalability.
  • Design and operationalize end-to-end AI platforms supporting model development, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies across data platforms, model ecosystems, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and governance frameworks.
  • Architect and build custom AI platform components to address complex business and technical requirements.
  • Optimize compute infrastructure, model-serving environments, and distributed AI workloads for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Establish enterprise AI operational standards, including observability, monitoring, performance management, and platform resilience.
  • Implement Responsible AI, security, privacy, risk management, and compliance controls across AI solutions and platforms.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define AI governance models, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture, engineering, and data teams throughout AI initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in AI Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Data Platforms, Cloud Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML platforms and advanced AI solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-modal models, and AI ecosystem technologies.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and their AI/ML services.
  • Expertise in MLOps, AI platform engineering, model deployment, monitoring, and operationalization.
  • Experience implementing AI security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
  • Strong architecture leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technology strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing Enterprise AI Foundations, AI Centers of Excellence (CoE), or AI Transformation programs.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and advanced AI architecture patterns.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, distributed computing, and high-performance AI infrastructure.
  • Expertise in AI observability, model performance optimization, platform reliability, and cost management.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Architecture are preferred.
