About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Section to lead and support the academic and administrative operations of the assigned section. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining high educational standards and supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the academic and daily operations of the assigned section.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, assessment, and student development.
• Monitor teaching and learning quality and ensure alignment with the school’s curriculum and educational objectives.
• Follow up on students’ academic progress and behavioral development, taking appropriate action when needed.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to teachers to enhance their professional performance.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents to address academic and student-related matters.
• Coordinate section activities, meetings, assessments, and other academic requirements.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and educational standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the section.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching or educational leadership experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership or coordination role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and student progress monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to support and motivate teachers and work effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English and effective use of digital educational tools.
