تعلن شركة Energy Care عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهربائي (Electrical Engineer) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مهام الدعم الفني (Technical Support):
  • 1. تقديم عروض فنية وقيادة المناقشات الفنية المتعلقة بالعدادات الذكية وأنظمة الاتصالات والبنية التحتية المتقدمة للعدادات (AMI).
  • 2. تقديم عروض فنية وقيادة المناقشات الفنية المتعلقة بأنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS) وخدمات تصميم الشبكات الصغيرة الذكية.
  • 3. تقديم عروض فنية وقيادة المناقشات الفنية المتعلقة بمنتجات وخدمات محطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية (EVCS).
  • 4. تقديم عروض فنية وقيادة المناقشات الفنية المتعلقة بخدمات ومنتجات القياس الفرعي الذكي (Smart Submetering).
  • 5. تقديم دعم عملاء ما بعد البيع وتدريبات فنية لجميع منتجات وخدمات الشركة (بما في ذلك AMI وBESS وEVCS والقياس الفرعي).
  • مهام الدعم الميداني (Field Support):
  • 1. دعم أنشطة نشر العملاء (تخطيط التركيب والتكوين والبرمجة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها).
  • 2. تطوير وتنفيذ الأنشطة التجريبية بما في ذلك جمع البيانات وتحليلها وإعداد التقارير المرتبطة.

  • 3. تقديم الدعم عبر الإنترنت والهاتف للعملاء بخصوص منتجات القياس والاتصالات.
  • 4. تقديم الدعم عبر الإنترنت والهاتف للبرامج المساعدة مثل HHU وبرامج محاكاة الحاسب الشخصي.
  • 5. المساعدة في تصميم وتقديم برامج تدريبية للعملاء (مواد تعليمية وعروض تقديمية وتقديمها في الموقع).
  • مهام الاختبار والتحقق (Test/Verification):
  • 1. تطوير خطط اختبار وظيفية ومعلمية (functional and parametric test plans) بناءً على مواصفات العملاء ومتطلباتهم.
  • 2. إعداد وصيانة منصات الاختبار المطلوبة للاختبارات الوظيفية والمعلمية.
  • 3. تنفيذ وتنفيذ خطط الاختبار المطلوبة تحت إشراف دقيق من مهندسي العملاء وممثليهم في موقع يختاره العميل.
  • 4. تجميع تقارير الاختبار بناءً على متطلبات العملاء وضمان اعتمادها والموافقة عليها.
  • 5. التحقق من نماذج القياس والاتصالات الأولية ودعم شهادات المنتج.

Technical Support Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:

1.    Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s Smart

Metering, Communication Systems & Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).

2.    Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s Battery

Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Smart Microgrid Design Services.

3.    Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s Electric

Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) products and services.

4.    Provide technical presentation and lead technical discussions related to company’s Smart

Submetering Services and products.

5.    Provide after-sales customer support and technical trainings for all company’s products and

services, including but not limited to AMI, BESS, EVCS & Submetering services.


Field Support Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:


1.    Support Customer’s roll-out activities (e.g. installation planning, config, program & trouble shooting).

2.    Develop and deliver pilot activities including data capture, data analysis and associated reporting.

3.    Provide online & phone support to customers on metering and communication products.

4.    Provide online and phone support on ancillary software, such as HHU and PC Emulation Software.

5.    Assist with the design and delivery of training programs for customers (instruction material, presentations and on-site delivery).


Test/Verification Tasks for AMI, EVCS, BESS & Submetering:

1.    Development of functional and parametric test plans based on customer specifications and requirements.

2.     Setup and maintenance of required test platforms for functional and parametric testing.

3.    Implementation and execution of required test plans under close supervision of customer engineers and representatives at customers’ location of choice.

4.    Compilation of test reports based on customer requirements and secure their validation and approval.

5.    Verification of metering and communication prototypes and support for product

certifications.
