Job Purpose:

Record the financial transaction and support the Finance Director in reviewing financial reports, overseeing company accounts, managing tax declarations, monitoring bank accounts and cash flow, and handling a variety of accounting tasks to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Review

• Reviewing, analyzing, and validating all financial reports and statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of company accounts.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations in compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with tax advisors and ensure timely fulfilment of tax obligations.
• Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.

Banking & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor bank accounts, including reconciliations, fund transfers, and transaction tracking.
• Manage and forecast company cash flow to support liquidity planning.

Accounting Operations & Process Improvement

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervise and guide accountants in performing their duties.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.

Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Handle other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Finance Director.

General:

1. Performing any tasks assigned by the CFO
2. Responsible for covering and carrying out the accounting responsibilities of team members during their leave.

Qualification:

• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting in a similar role
• Bachelor’s Degree is a must
• Excellent English & Arabic Command
• Knowledge of banking operations
• MS Excel Proficiency
