We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring operational quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
  
• Conduct quality reviews and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Analyse operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Track and report Quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
  
• Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
  
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  
• Support the development and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
  
• Ensure quality documentation, procedures, and records are maintained accurately.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
  
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  
• Experience conducting internal audits and analysing operational performance is preferred.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
