Great, cause we’re looking for an Account Executive to work as part of the client service team.

Job Overview:

As an Account Executive at WonderEight, you will be an integral part of the account management team, supporting the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our agency.

Your Role is to:

• Lead admin execution of the accounts by ensuring internal & external meetings are followed with accurate, detailed and timely summaries, weekly status reports are drafted and issued on time and other relevant reports/ documents associated with client management are issued consistently.
• Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans based on client objectives, target audience, and budgetary constraints.
• Support the Account Manager in managing client accounts, including coordinating projects, maintaining timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, strategy, and production, to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate and traffic creative resources, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct research and gather data to support the development of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to contribute to strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or equivalent.
• 6 months COOP or up to1 year of experience in digital marketing or client servicing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
• Must be residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
