شركة ألفانار (alfanar)، إحدى الشركات السعودية الرائدة في مجال التصنيع والتجارة للمنتجات الكهربائية وحلول الطاقة، تعلن عن وظيفة محاسب عام I (حديث تخرج) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق عمل فعال لضمان إنجاز المهام بكفاءة.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه والإشراف للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام المناسبة لكل مرؤوس وضمان توزيع عادل للأعمال للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
  • استغلال الموارد بشكل فعال لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحرافات عن الخطة ومدى تنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة تطرأ، ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
  • ضمان تطبيق متطلبات الجودة ووضع عمليات رقابية فعالة، بما في ذلك المواصفات الفنية للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة واضحة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة في نطاق العمل لضمان السلامة والالتزام التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة والمالية.
  • خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.

Job description:

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
