الاتصالات السعودية (stc) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة خبير أول في ضمان الجودة (Quality Assurance Senior Expert) في الرياض، حيث يتولى المسؤولية عن تعزيز وتنفيذ ممارسات ضمان الجودة عبر قطاع سبيشيالايزد (Specialized) لضمان حوكمة العمليات والامتثال للسياسات والمعايير التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تعزيز وتنفيذ إطار ضمان الجودة الخاص بسبيشيالايزد عبر وظائف الأعمال وخطوط الخدمة، مع ضمان التوافق مع السياسات والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعتمدة.
- تطوير معايير ومعايير تقييم الجودة لتقييم فعالية العمليات والالتزام بالمعايير وأفضل الممارسات.
- قيادة أنشطة تصميم ومراجعة عمليات الأعمال مع أصحاب المصلحة لتعزيز حوكمة العمليات من البداية إلى النهاية وضمان التوافق مع المهام الوظيفية المعتمدة.
- إجراء وتقييم مراجعات ضمان الجودة عبر إدارة المخاطر والامتثال التنظيمي والأمن السيبراني وعمليات الأعمال الأخرى لتحديد الفجوات وفرص التحسين.
- التعاون مع إدارة الحوكمة والمخاطر والامتثال (GRC) وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد نقاط الضعف الرقابية وتقييم تأثيرها والتوصية بإجراءات التصحيح والتخفيف بما يتوافق مع أطر stc.
- مراجعة وتحسين سياسات ضمان الجودة وإجراءاته وضوابطه ومنهجيات الاختبار لتعزيز فعالية الحوكمة والمواءمة التنظيمية.
- قيادة أنشطة تحسين العمليات وإعادة هندستها عبر الوظائف لتحديد الاختناقات وتبسيط سير العمل ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- دفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتحسين أداء العمليات وجودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء عبر سبيشيالايزد.
- مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات أداء ضمان الجودة ونتائج التقييم، وتحديد الاتجاهات والفجوات المتكررة والمجالات التي تتطلب إجراءات تصحيحية.
- متابعة نتائج ضمان الجودة وإجراءات التحسين مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان معالجة الفجوات المحددة بشكل فعال وفي الوقت المناسب.
- إعداد تقارير أداء الجودة وتقديم رؤى وتوصيات للإدارة حول فعالية العمليات وتحسين الرقابة وفرص تحسين الجودة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الجودة أو الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة العمليات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 6 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (مستوى متقدم).

Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for driving the implementation and continuous enhancement of Quality Assurance practices across Specialized to ensure effective process governance, adherence to internal policies, and alignment with regulatory and quality requirements. The role provides expertise in quality assessments, business process design, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall quality performance. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated Specialized’s policies and procedures.

The role provides expertise in quality assessments, business process design, control effectiveness, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall quality performance. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated Specialized’s policies and procedures.
Key Functional Accountability
- Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of Specialized’s Quality Assurance framework across business functions and service lines, ensuring alignment with approved policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality benchmarks and assessment criteria to evaluate process effectiveness and adherence to applicable standards and best practices.
- Lead business process design and review activities with relevant stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end process governance and ensure alignment with approved functional mandates.
- Conduct and lead Quality Assurance assessments across risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and other relevant business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with GRC and relevant stakeholders to identify control weaknesses, assess their impact, and recommend appropriate remediation and risk mitigation actions in alignment with stc Group frameworks and standards.
- Review and enhance QA-related policies, procedures, controls, and testing methodologies to improve governance effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement and reengineering activities to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving process performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction across Specialized.
- Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics and assessment results, identifying trends, recurring gaps, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders on QA findings and improvement actions to ensure timely and effective resolution of identified gaps.
- Prepare quality performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management on process effectiveness, control improvements, and quality enhancement opportunities
