Siemens تؤمن بقيمة المحفظة الرقمية، ولذلك تجمع البنية التحتية الذكية بين تقنيات توزيع الطاقة الرقمية والبنية التحتية الرقمية للمباني. تتيح المحفظة الرقمية للمستخدمين الاستمتاع بمباني بديهية ومريحة وآمنة وموفرة للطاقة. تهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى دفع التحكم في أداء الوحدة التجارية في المملكة العربية السعودية وضمان الشفافية المالية عالية الجودة، إعداد التقارير، التنبؤ، والتوجيه التجاري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التحكم في الأداء للوحدة التجارية (SI B) في المملكة العربية السعودية وضمان الشفافية المالية وإعداد التقارير والتنبؤ والتوجيه التجاري.
- تقديم تحليل مالي متعمق، تنبؤات الأداء، وتقارير إدارية لدعم القرارات التجارية المبنية على البيانات والمبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع مختلف الإدارات الداخلية وفرق الإدارة الإقليمية لتحديد فرص النمو وتحسين الإنتاجية والربحية.
- قيادة عمليات إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ والتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحديد الأهداف في البلد مع ضمان دقة التنبؤ العالية.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق للإدارة التجارية، وترجمة المعلومات المالية المعقدة إلى توصيات تجارية واضحة ورؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- قيادة مبادرات الإنتاجية ومراقبة تحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية والربحية والتدفق النقدي والهامش والنمو.
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر والفرص التجارية ورفعها، مع تحديد إجراءات التخفيف والتحسين بالتعاون مع فرق الإدارة.
- قيادة المشاريع الخاصة ومبادرات التحول التجاري الهادفة إلى تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية والفعالية التنظيمية والأداء المالي.
- قيادة خريطة الطريق للتحول الرقمي والأتمتة لوظيفة التحكم من خلال تطبيق التحليلات المتقدمة، لوحات المعلومات، التقارير الذاتية، الحلول المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والعمليات الموحدة.
- دفع حوكمة البيانات وجودتها وتوحيد العمليات مع تعزيز ثقافة تعتمد على البيانات وترويج حلول الأتمتة المبتكرة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإرشادات إعداد التقارير المالية لشركة Siemens، الضوابط الداخلية على التقارير المالية (ICFR)، متطلبات الحوكمة، وعمليات إدارة المخاطر.
- تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن التحكم في الأداء للمملكة العربية السعودية.
- أن يكون الشريك المالي الأساسي لإدارة البلد والإدارة الإقليمية وفرق قيادة الأعمال.
- امتلاك مسؤولية التنبؤ والتخطيط وإعداد التقارير والربحية والتوجيه ومبادرات التحول المالي.
- المسؤولية عن قيادة مبادرات أتمتة التحكم والرقمنة والتحسين المستمر عبر المنظمة المخصصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سجل حافل يمتد لأكثر من 8 سنوات في التحكم في الأداء، التنفيذ/العمليات، الشراكة المالية التجارية، التخطيط والتحليل المالي (FP&A)، أو التحكم التجاري.
- فهم شامل للتخطيط المالي والتنبؤ وإعداد التقارير وإدارة الأداء وتوجيه الربحية.
- مهارات قوية في الشراكة التجارية مع القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى ودعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- إتقان استخدام الأدوات والتقنيات الرقمية لتحسين فعالية التحكم والرؤى التجارية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ مبادرات الرقمنة والأتمتة والتحول المالي.
- خبرة في المؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات وذات الهياكل المصفوفية.
- خبرة في المشاريع أو الحلول أو الخدمات أو الأعمال القائمة على التكنولوجيا (تُعتبر ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- أي لغة أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل حيازة ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو شهادة CMA أو CIMA أو ACCA أو CPA أو مؤهل مهني معادل.

- مهارات تحليلية متقدمة لتحليل البيانات المالية واستخلاص الرؤى التجارية.
- مهارات تواصل وتقديم فعالة لنقل المعلومات المالية المعقدة إلى غير الماليين.

Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- Drive the Performance Controlling for the SI B Saudi Arabia and ensure high-quality financial transparency, reporting, forecasting, and business steering.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis, performance forecasting, and management reporting to support data-driven business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with different internal departments, and regional management teams to identify growth opportunities, productivity improvements, and profitability enhancement measures.
- Lead in the country the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target-setting processes while ensuring a high degree of forecast accuracy and business ownership.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business management, translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations and actionable insights.
- Drive productivity initiatives and monitor achievement of productivity, profitability, cash flow, margin, and growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and escalate business risks and opportunities while defining mitigation and improvement actions together with management teams.
- Lead special projects and business transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and financial performance.
- Lead the digital transformation and automation roadmap of the controlling function by implementing advanced analytics, dashboards, self-service reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and standardized processes that enhance transparency, decision-making quality, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Drive data governance, data quality, and process harmonization initiatives while fostering a data-driven culture and promoting innovative automation solutions that increase productivity, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve finance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines, Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), governance requirements, and risk management processes.
- Full Performance Controlling responsibility for the country Saudi Arabia.
- Primary finance counterpart to Country Management, Regional Management, and Business Leadership Teams.
- Ownership of forecasting, planning, reporting, productivity, profitability steering, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Responsible for driving controlling automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned organization.
- The role combines responsibilities of Performance Controller, Finance Business Partner, and Finance Transformation Champion, ensuring sustainable business growth while driving automation, digitalization, and advanced analytics capabilities within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Saudi Arabia finance organization.
- Proven track record of 8+ years in Performance Controlling, Execution/Operations, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Business Controlling roles.
- Thorough understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and profitability steering.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and technologies to improve controlling effectiveness and business insights.
- Proven experience in implementing digitalization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
- Experience within project, solutions, services, or technology-driven businesses is considered advantageous.
- Fluent English required
- Any other language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- MBA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
