شركة State Street تعلن عن وظيفة مدير محاسبة صناديق (Fund Accounting Officer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا المنصب الإداري مسؤول عن إدارة خدمة محاسبة الصناديق اليومية، وضمان تسليم جميع المخرجات في الوقت المحدد ووفقاً لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومعايير الجودة المتفق عليها مع العملاء. ستعمل كنقطة تصعيد أولى للفريق للاستفسارات الداخلية وذات الصلة بالعملاء، مع توقع تحمل المسؤولية أو تفويضها حسب الاقتضاء. كما ستتعاون مع مراكز الخدمة الخارجية ومراكز التميز في State Street لضمان تسليم المخرجات في الوقت المحدد. تشمل المسؤولية أيضاً إدارة الموظفين وتدريبهم وتطويرهم. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن قيادة المشاريع وتحليل العمليات على مستوى الفريق والقسم. يشترط إجادة اللغة العربية لترجمة/مراجعة البيانات المالية التي قد تتطلب ترجمة إلى الإنجليزية من قبل فرق المحاسبة التشغيلية. الموقع: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع احتمال شمول صناديق أخرى في الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تقييمات العملاء المحددين وضمان إتمام جميع الفحوصات ذات الصلة بصافي قيمة أصول الصندوق (NAV)، بما في ذلك فحوصات المعايير المرجعية وتقارير المعقولية.
- الحفاظ على الإشراف الإداري على جميع العمليات التي يجريها فريق الصندوق.
- العمل كنقطة تصعيد للمشكلات الفنية في الأعمال اليومية.
- ضمان توفر موظفين مدربين بشكل كافٍ لخدمة العملاء وتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة.
- مراقبة الأخطاء والخسائر/الانتهاكات المحتملة، وتوثيقها، وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والتدريب المناسب.
- حضور مكالمات الخدمة حسب الحاجة والتخطيط للمشاريع المؤكدة، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية لأنشطة محاسبة الصناديق.
- مراجعة بيئة التشغيل باستمرار وتنفيذ التحسينات اللازمة.
- في حال تضمنت مبادرات العملاء تعديل العملية الحالية، التنسيق مع الموظفين المعنيين ومديري علاقات العملاء لفهم الفجوات والتأثيرات المحتملة.
- المساعدة كخبير موضوعي أثناء زيارات العملاء أو المشاريع التي تتطلب معرفة تقنية بالعملية.
- ضمان تسجيل وحل الاستفسارات بشكل فعال، والتواصل مع الأطراف المناسبة لحل المشكلات ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة جامعية أولية أو مؤهل مهني أو محاسبي أو ما يعادله.
- خبرة 4 سنوات أو أكثر في تقديم خدمات محاسبة الصناديق أو في جانب آخر من صناعة الخدمات المالية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق ضمن بيئة خدمات مالية.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات Microsoft Office بما في ذلك Word وExcel.

- This managerial position has responsibility for managing the day to day Fund Accounting administration service ensuring that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time and in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards.
- You will act as a senior escalation point within the team for all internal State Street and Client related queries and is expected to take ownership or delegate as appropriate.
- The role holder is expected to work with State Street’s Outsourced Service centers and Centers of excellence ensuring that all deliverables are produced and dispatched on time in accordance with client service level agreements and agreed quality standards
- The candidate will also be responsible for the management of staff, ensuring that all staff are trained, coached and developed in line with their role and development pathways.
- The Accounting Officer is directly responsible for leading projects, performing team and department level analysis of the process, running initiatives related to all aspects of the business at departmental level.
- The candidate is expected to be well versed in Arabic to be able to translate/review statements that may require translations to English by Operational FA teams
- This position is based out of Riyadh, KSA but may include other Middle East domicile funds in remit
What You Will Be Responsible For
As Fund Accounting Officer you will
- Oversee Valuations for specified clients and ensure that all relevant checks to the Funds NAVs have been completed. This will include checks against fund benchmarks and reasonability reports.
- Maintain managerial oversight of all operations conducted by the Fund Group.
- Act as escalation point for technical issues encountered in the daily business.
- Ensure sufficiently trained staff are available to service the clients and deliver quality service.
- Monitor errors and potential losses/ breaches. Complete loss/breach documentation and ensure remediation/ training are identified and relevant remedial action is taken and training (as appropriate) is completed.
- Attend service calls as required and plan accordingly for confirmed projects. Act as primary liaison for Fund Accounting activities.
- Continually review the Operating Environment & implement improvements where necessary.
- Where client initiatives involve the need to amend the current process, liaise with the appropriate Staff Members/Client Relationship Managers to ensure full understanding of current vs. future state and potential gaps/business impacts that may require project support.
- Assist as Subject Matter Expert during Clients’ visits or projects where technical knowledge of the process is required.
- Ensure effective logging and resolution of enquiries and liaise with appropriate parties to resolve/ escalate queries / problems within agreed timescales.

- Primary Degree or a Professional or Accounting qualification or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in the provision of fund administration services or in another aspect of the Financial Services Industry for a number of years.
- Proven experience of team management in a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools including Word and Excel.
