تعلن شركة علم عن توفر وظيفة Senior Project Manager في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى قيادة تنفيذ المحافظ ضمن شركة علم ودفع الجاهزية التقنية للمنتجات ذات الأولوية من خلال مواءمة خطط التنفيذ، وتنسيق الجهات المعنية عبر الوظائف المختلفة، وحل معوقات التسليم، وتصميم وتمكين التكاملات المطلوبة، وضمان إتمام الاختبارات اللازمة. كما يشمل الدور إدارة تبعيات التسليم، وتسريع جاهزية إطلاق المنتجات، ودعم تمكين الشراكات عند الاقتضاء، وضمان تقدم المنتجات عبر مسار محكم من التنفيذ إلى الإطلاق التشغيلي بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل ومتطلبات الحوكمة في شركة علم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وصيانة خطط تنفيذ متكاملة للمنتجات ذات الأولوية ومبادرات الشراكة.
- إنشاء آليات تتبع منظمة للمخاطر والتبعيات ومعالم التسليم.
- مراقبة تقدم التنفيذ ودفع إكمال الأنشطة الحرجة في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان بقاء خطط التسليم متوافقة مع أهداف العمل والجداول الزمنية للإطلاق.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق الشؤون القانونية والمالية والمشتريات والتقنية والمنتجات والقطاعات لحل تبعيات التسليم.
- تسهيل التعاون عبر الوظائف لتسريع التنفيذ وإزالة الاختناقات التشغيلية.
- ضمان المساءلة عن بنود العمل والقرارات ونتائج المشاريع.
- تصعيد القضايا غير المحلولة عبر قنوات الحوكمة المناسبة عند الحاجة.
- صيانة وحوكمة سجلات معوقات المحفظة عبر المبادرات الاستراتيجية.
- ضمان وجود مالك محدد لكل معوق وموعد مستهدف للحل وخطة تخفيف.
- مراقبة أداء حل المعوقات وتحديد القيود المتكررة التي تؤثر على التسليم.
- دفع الإجراءات التي تقلل التأخير وتحسن كفاءة التنفيذ.
- ترجمة أهداف الأعمال والمنتجات إلى متطلبات تقنية واضحة وقابلة للاختبار والتنفيذ.
- تنسيق متطلبات التكامل عبر المنصات والأنظمة والشركاء الخارجيين.
- إدارة التبعيات المتعلقة بـ APIs وحقوق الوصول والبيئات والاتصال التقني.
- ضمان أن أنشطة الجاهزية التقنية تدعم نشر المنتج وإطلاقه بنجاح.
- قيادة أنشطة العناية الواجبة التقنية للشركاء والموردين والحلول المقترحة.
- تقييم الجدوى التقنية ومخاطر التنفيذ ومتطلبات الجاهزية التشغيلية.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية للمؤسسات والأمن السيبراني والبنية التحتية والبيانات للحصول على الموافقات والقرارات.
- تقديم توصيات تدعم قرارات الشراكة والاستثمار المستنيرة.
- تنسيق اختبارات التكامل واختبارات القبول وأنشطة التحقق من الجاهزية.
- ضمان إدارة ومعالجة المشكلات والعيوب المحددة بشكل فعال قبل الإطلاق.
- التأكد من استيفاء متطلبات التشغيل والتقنية والحوكمة قبل النشر.
- دعم عمليات إطلاق المنتجات الناجحة من خلال تقييمات الجاهزية المنظمة.
- دعم أنشطة احتضان المنتجات من خلال تنسيق جهود التسليم بين الجهات الداخلية والخارجية.
- تسهيل تنفيذ مبادرات الشراكة التي تدعم تطوير المنتجات وتسويقها.
- المساهمة في جهود تطوير MVP والتحقق منه وتوسيع نطاقه بنجاح.
- ضمان إعداد المنتجات المحتضنة للانتقال الناجح إلى الوحدات التشغيلية.
- تطوير لوحات قيادة تنفيذية وتقارير حالة وتحديثات أداء المحفظة.
- إجراء مراجعات حوكمة دورية واجتماعات تنفيذية مركزة على اتخاذ القرارات.
- توفير رؤية للإدارة حول تقدم التسليم والمخاطر والتبعيات وحالة الجاهزية.
- دعم اتخاذ القرارات المبنية على البيانات من خلال تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والتعليمات الخاصة بالإدارة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بشكل محكم ومتناسق.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وضوابط السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، نظم المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة برامج التسليم عبر الوظائف أو التكامل أو المنتجات التقنية في بيئة مؤسسية معقدة.
- 4-6 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع، التسليم التقني، تسليم المنتجات، إدارة البرامج، تكامل الأنظمة، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عملي قوي لـ APIs وأنماط التكامل وهندسة الحلول ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني وتبعيات البنية التحتية وبيئات الاختبار.
- قدرة مثبتة على التنقل بين وظائف الحوكمة وسد الفجوة بين الجهات المعنية التجارية والمنتجات والتقنية.
- خبرة في إجراء العناية الواجبة التقنية للشركاء أو الموردين وإدارة تبعيات التسليم حتى الإطلاق.

- Portfolio Delivery & Execution Management
- Develop and maintain integrated execution plans for priority products and partnership initiatives.
- Establish structured tracking mechanisms for risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Monitor execution progress and drive timely completion of critical activities.
- Ensure delivery plans remain aligned with business objectives and launch timelines.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Dependency Management
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, Product, and Sector teams to resolve delivery dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to accelerate execution and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure accountability for action items, decisions, and project outcomes.
- Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate governance channels when required.
- Blocker Resolution & Delivery Governance
- Maintain and govern portfolio blocker registers across strategic initiatives.
- Ensure each blocker has a clearly assigned owner, target resolution date, and mitigation plan.
- Monitor blocker resolution performance and identify recurring constraints affecting delivery.
- Drive actions that minimize delays and improve execution efficiency.
- Technical Readiness & Integration Management
- Translate business and product objectives into clear, testable, and actionable technical requirements.
- Coordinate integration requirements across platforms, systems, and external partners.
- Manage dependencies related to APIs, access rights, environments, and technical connectivity.
- Ensure technical readiness activities support successful product deployment and launch.
- Solution Assessment & Technical Due Diligence
- Lead technical due diligence activities for partners, vendors, and proposed solutions.
- Assess technical feasibility, implementation risks, and operational readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Data teams to secure approvals and decisions.
- Provide recommendations that support informed partnership and investment decisions.
- Testing & Launch Readiness
- Coordinate integration testing, acceptance testing, and readiness validation activities.
- Ensure identified issues and defects are effectively managed and resolved before launch.
- Confirm operational, technical, and governance requirements are satisfied prior to deployment.
- Support successful product launches through structured readiness assessments.
- Partnership & Incubation Enablement
- Support product incubation activities by coordinating delivery efforts across internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate execution of partnership initiatives that support product development and commercialization.
- Contribute to successful MVP development, validation, and scaling efforts.
- Ensure incubated products are prepared for successful transition into operational business units.
- Portfolio Reporting & Executive Communication
- Develop executive dashboards, status reports, and portfolio performance updates.

- Provide management visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and readiness status.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery, integration, or technical product programs in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong practical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, solution architecture, cybersecurity requirements, infrastructure dependencies, and testing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate governance functions and bridge communication between commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting technical due diligence for partners or vendors and managing delivery dependencies through launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued.
- 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, Technical Delivery, Product Delivery, Program Management, Systems Integration, or related domains.
