تعلن منصة Jobs4Sports، بالتعاون مع Jobs4Football، عن فرصة حصرية وعاجلة لتعيين مدرب حراس مرمى لفريق تحت 18 سنة في أحد الأندية السعودية. يشترط أن يكون المرشح متاحاً فوراً أو قادراً على التحرك بسرعة، على أن يتم تحديد المرشح المناسب خلال 72 ساعة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى مدرب حراس المرمى لفريق تحت 18 سنة قيادة التطوير الفني والتكتيكي والبدني لحراس المرمى في الأكاديمية ضمن هذه الفئة العمرية. سيعمل المدرب بشكل وثيق مع المدرب الرئيسي ومدير الأكاديمية والجهاز متعدد التخصصات لتقديم برنامج تطوير واضح لحراس المرمى يُعدهم للتقدم إلى الفئات العمرية الأكبر سناً وفي النهاية إلى كرة القدم الاحترافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط وتقديم جلسات تدريب عالية الجودة ومناسبة للعمر لحراس المرمى تحت 18 سنة.
  • تطوير حراس المرمى في الجوانب الفنية والتكتيكية والبدنية والنفسية للعبة.
  • إنشاء خطط تطوير فردية ومراجعة تقدم اللاعبين بانتظام.
  • تجهيز حراس المرمى ليوم المباراة، بما في ذلك تحليل المنافس ومسؤوليات الكرات الثابتة وملاحظات ما بعد المباراة.
  • العمل عن كثب مع طاقم التدريب والأداء والطبي والتحليل لدعم تطور كل لاعب.
  • تحديد نقاط القوة الفردية واحتياجات التطور ومسارات التقدم المحتملة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات واضحة للتدريب والأداء ونتائج تطوير اللاعبين.
  • دعم التوظيف واكتشاف المواهب عند الحاجة.
  • الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية ومتطلبات الحماية وفلسفة الأكاديمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مؤهل تدريب حراس مرمى معترف به.
  • خبرة مثبتة في تدريب حراس المرمى ضمن بيئة أكاديمية أو تطوير شباب أو كرة قدم احترافية.
  • فهم قوي لتطوير حراس المرمى الحديث والتدريب الخاص بالعمر.
  • القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع اللاعبين الشباب مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم والتخطيط.
  • الراحة في العمل ضمن بيئة كرة قدم متعددة التخصصات.
  • الخبرة الدولية أو في الشرق الأوسط مفيدة ولكنها ليست ضرورية.
  • التوفر الفوري أو القدرة على الانتقال السريع أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.

Exclusive Opportunity | Urgent Appointment Required Within 72 Hours

Jobs4Football is working exclusively with a football organisation in Saudi Arabia to appoint an experienced and ambitious U18 Goalkeeper Coach.

This is an urgent requirement, with the successful candidate expected to be identified and confirmed within the next 72 hours. Candidates who are immediately available, or able to mobilise quickly, will be prioritised.

The Role

The U18 Goalkeeper Coach will lead the technical, tactical and physical development of academy goalkeepers within the U18 age group. Working closely with the Head Coach, Academy Manager and multidisciplinary staff, you will deliver a clear goalkeeper-development programme that prepares players for progression into older academy age groups and, ultimately, senior football.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions for U18 players.
  • Develop goalkeepers across technical, tactical, physical and psychological areas of the game.
  • Create individual development plans and regularly review player progress.
  • Prepare goalkeepers for matchday, including opposition analysis, set-piece responsibilities and post-match feedback.
  • Work closely with coaching, performance, medical and analysis staff to support each player’s development.
  • Identify individual strengths, development needs and potential progression pathways.
  • Maintain clear records of training, performance and player-development outcomes.
  • Support recruitment and talent identification where required.
  • Uphold professional standards, safeguarding requirements and the academy’s playing philosophy.

Candidate Profile

  • Recognised goalkeeping coaching qualification.
  • Proven experience coaching goalkeepers within an academy, youth development or professional football environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern goalkeeper development and age-specific coaching.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with young players while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and planning skills.
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary football environment.
  • International or Middle East experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Immediate availability or the ability to relocate quickly is highly desirable.
