Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Economic Advisor to lead and manage the development of key economic deliverables related to real estate, including quarterly and annual economic reports, real estate market studies, and economic impact assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the economic impact model and coordinating a range of strategic economic projects, applying robust modeling tools such as Oxford Economics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish quarterly and annual economic reports relevant to the real estate sector.
• Produce and analyze real estate market reports with actionable insights and economic indicators.
• Create and review economic impact reports for ongoing and completed real estate projects.
• Develop and manage project-specific economic impact studies to support investment and strategic decisions.
• Utilize and update economic models, including Oxford Economics models, to assess and forecast real estate and macroeconomic trends.
• Coordinate and manage other strategic economic projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
• Provide expert insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on economic trends and market data.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of all economic reports and models through regular updates and validations.
• Monitor and report on economic and policy developments affecting the real estate sector locally and globally.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in economic advisory or research roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in preparing economic impact assessments and market reports.
• Hands-on experience using Oxford Economics or similar econometric modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact economic initiatives.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
