شركة KEO Group، إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجالات الهندسة والتصميم وإدارة المشاريع، تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية لمفتش مدني (Civil Inspector) للعمل في منطقة المدينة المنورة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • متابعة طلبات التفتيش المقدمة من المقاول واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب في الوقت المناسب.
  • مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية المقدمة مقابل عقود الرسومات والمواصفات والرموز المحلية والمتطلبات القانونية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي أعمال يقوم بها المقاول لا تتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات المعتمدة وإبلاغ أصحاب المصلحة لاتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
  • مراقبة جودة الأعمال وتقييم السلامة في الموقع بما في ذلك قضايا الصحة والبيئة، وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات التعاقدية/نظام مراقبة الجودة وتقييمات مخاطر الصحة والسلامة.
  • حفظ سجلات الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بما في ذلك صور التقدم، والتأكد من توفرها للتفتيش عند الحاجة.
  • إعداد تقارير المراقبة عن أوجه القصور في العمل في الموقع وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) إذا لزم الأمر بالنظر إلى تطور الأحداث.
  • التحقق وضمان التنسيق الفعال بين الأعمال ذات الصلة بالتخصص وجميع التخصصات الأخرى.
  • تقديم المدخلات الفنية والخبرات لحل أي مشاكل متعلقة بالتخصص في الموقع قد تنشأ.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال التفتيش المدني أو ما يعادله.
  • دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي.
  • خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الأبراج العالية (Highrise) أمر مرغوب فيه.
  • خبرة في مشاريع الضيافة (Hospitality) مطلوبة.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Civil Inspector to join our award winning team in Madinah, KSA


We envisage success in this role to include;


  • Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.
  • Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
  • Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
  • Maintaining records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
  • Preparing surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
  • Checking and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
  • Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years' career experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in an Engineering discipline. High rise experience would be favorable.
