شركة alfanar تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس حماية (Engineer, Protection) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق عمل فعال.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والتدريب للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المرؤوسين في كل مهمة على حدة.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق جداول التسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بكلفة وزمن مناسبين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية منظمة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة تطرأ ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير رقابة وعمليات جودة فعالة تشمل المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • التنسيق لوضع أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات وتعليمات العمل ذات الصلة.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والإدارة البيئية ضمن نطاق العمل لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات.

Job description:

Job Purpose Functional Responsibilities General Responsibilities
  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
