MENA Cashback is a fast-growing shopping rewards and cashback platform serving consumers across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Egypt.

We help consumers earn rewards when shopping with 2,000+ regional and international brands through cashback, coupons, deals and gift cards.

Our ambition is to build one of the leading rewards and shopping technology platforms in the MENA region, connecting consumers, retailers, financial partners and digital platforms through our technology.

MENA Cashback has already completed a pre-seed investment round backed by Saudi angel investors and is now preparing for its next stage of growth and fundraising.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious Investment & Fundraising Associate to work directly with our founders and help us expand our investor network across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

This is not a traditional full-time corporate investment role. We are open to talented graduates, young professionals and entrepreneurial individuals who want to build their network and career within the Saudi and GCC startup ecosystem.

Your main objective will be simple: help us identify the right investors, create introductions and secure investor meetings for the founders.

You will help us connect with:

• Angel investors and successful entrepreneurs
• Family offices and private investment groups
• Venture capital firms and early-stage funds
• Startup investment networks and syndicates
• Strategic investors and corporate venture teams
• Relevant Saudi and GCC startup ecosystem organisations
  

What You Will Do

You will research and build a pipeline of relevant investors across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, identify the appropriate decision-makers, and conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, introductions and your own network.

You will introduce MENA Cashback to potential investors, share our investment materials, arrange meetings with interested investors and coordinate directly with the founders throughout the fundraising process.

You may also represent MENA Cashback at selected startup, investment and networking events in Saudi Arabia.

Who We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is:

Based in Saudi Arabia, ideally Riyadh, and understands the local business culture and startup ecosystem.

Fluent in Arabic and comfortable communicating in English.

A graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field. However, your attitude, communication skills and ability to build relationships matter more to us than your degree.

You should be confident approaching new people, comfortable using LinkedIn and email for professional outreach, organised in managing relationships and follow-ups, and genuinely interested in startups, venture capital and entrepreneurship.

Previous experience in investment banking, venture capital or fundraising is not required.
