نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى Senior Payroll Specialist مسؤولية إدارة عمليات الرواتب والتعويضات والمزايا والمعاملات المالية المتعلقة بالموظفين بدقة وسرية تامة. تشمل المهام تنفيذ دورة الرواتب في الوقت المحدد، والتعامل مع المدفوعات الحكومية والتنظيمية، والتأكد من توافقها مع السياسات المعتمدة، والتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية بشأن التسويات والتقارير وإجراءات إغلاق الفترات المالية. كما يسهم في ضبط التكاليف والحفاظ على سجلات تعويضات دقيقة، والمشاركة في تحسين عمليات الرواتب والمكافآت بشكل مستمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة ومعالجة دورة الرواتب الشهرية بما في ذلك إدخال بيانات الرواتب والتعديلات والاستقطاعات والإضافية والمكافآت النهائية.
  • احتساب تعويضات الموظفين وبدلاتهم ومزاياهم ومدفوعات نهاية الخدمة وفقاً للسياسات المعتمدة والشروط التعاقدية.
  • إدارة الرسوم الحكومية والاشتراكات التنظيمية والتسجيلات المطلوبة عبر المنصات والجهات المختصة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للرواتب والتعويضات وضمان التوثيق وحفظ البيانات المالية للموظفين بسرية تامة.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية لضمان ترحيل الرواتب بدقة، وإجراء التسويات والاستحقاقات وتقارير تكاليف الموظفين.
  • مراقبة تكاليف الرواتب والموارد البشرية الأخرى مقابل الميزانية ودعم تحليل الانحرافات وإعداد تقارير الإدارة.
  • دعم أنشطة الإغلاق المالي للرواتب على المستوى الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي، وتقديم الجداول والتسويات المطلوبة.
  • مراجعة مخرجات الرواتب ومعاملات الدفع للموظفين للتأكد من الدقة والاكتمال والامتثال قبل الإطلاق النهائي.
  • التنسيق مع الأطراف الداخلية ومقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين بشأن الرواتب والتأمين والمزايا والمسائل المالية للموظفين.
  • الرد على استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب والمزايا والاستقطاعات والاستحقاقات بشكل فوري ومهني.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الموارد البشرية الداخلية والضوابط المالية ولوائح العمل ومتطلبات السرية.
  • أداء أي مهام أخرى تُكلف بها ضمن نطاق الدور.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال، الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الرواتب والمكافآت والفوائد أو عمليات الموارد البشرية مع تركيز قوي على معالجة الرواتب.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • فهم عميق لمعالجة الرواتب ومحاسبة تكاليف الموظفين والتسويات ودعم إغلاق الفترات المالية.
  • إلمام بالمنصات الحكومية والتنظيمية مثل GOSI وQiwa وMudad والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel ومعرفة جيدة بأنظمة HRIS / ERP.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية، اهتمام بالتفاصيل، وقدرة على التعامل مع البيانات السرية بدقة عالية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، مع القدرة على التنسيق الفعال مع الإدارة المالية والأطراف الأخرى.

Job Summary:


The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for administering payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee-related financial transactions accurately and confidentially. The role ensures timely payroll cycle execution, proper handling of statutory and government-related payments, alignment with approved policies, and effective coordination with Finance on reconciliations, reporting, and period-end closing activities. The role holder supports cost control, maintains accurate employee compensation records, and contributes to continuous improvement in payroll and rewards processes.


Responsibilities are not limited to:


  • Administer and process the monthly payroll cycle, including payroll inputs, adjustments, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.
  • Calculate employee compensation, allowances, benefits, and end-of-service related payments in line with approved policies and contractual terms.
  • Manage employee-related government fees, statutory subscriptions, and required registrations through relevant platforms and authorities.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and compensation records and ensure proper documentation, filing, and confidentiality of employee financial data.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll posting, reconciliation, accruals, and employee cost reporting.
  • Monitor payroll and other HR-related costs against budget and support variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end HR financial closing activities and provide required schedules and reconciliations.
  • Review payroll outputs and employee payment transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before final release.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on payroll, insurance, benefits, and employee financial matters.
  • Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, deductions, and entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, financial controls, labor regulations, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager within the scope of the role.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations with strong payroll exposure.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, employee cost accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing support.
  • Familiarity with government and statutory platforms and requirements, including GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and related processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of HRIS / ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data with high accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to coordinate effectively with Finance and other stakeholders.
