Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting business processes, preparing functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of digital transformation and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and change management.
- Monitor project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems (MIS) or related field.
