Service Advisor - Automotive Industry | Dammam & Al Khobar

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Service Advisors to join a leading automotive business in Dammam and Al Khobar. The role is customer-facing and involves understanding customers’ vehicle service requirements, recommending appropriate services, and coordinating with technicians to ensure a smooth and timely service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and review service history.
• Recommend appropriate automotive services and explain service requirements and costs.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
• Coordinate closely with technicians and service teams.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, delays, or additional requirements.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional automotive products and services.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate service estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
• Conduct final checks and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of automotive services, products, and vehicle repair processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between customers and technical teams.
• Candidates with experience in automotive showrooms, dealerships, or service centers are preferred.
