شركة جسارة لإدارة البرامج، إحدى الشركات المشتركة بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وجاكوبس وأرامكو السعودية، تبحث عن مدير مشروع للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لفريق المشروع، بما في ذلك المهندسين والمصممين والموظفين.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد المخاطر والتخفيف منها.
  • تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك العملاء والمقاولين والموردين.
  • إدارة ميزانيات المشروع وجداوله الزمنية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح والمعايير والمواصفات.
  • تقديم تحديثات دورية عن المشروع لفريق القيادة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا في تنفيذ هياكل/جسور فولاذية معقدة بقيمة تتجاوز مليار ريال سعودي، مع معرفة قوية بتصميم الهياكل الفولاذية وتحليل مراحل الإنشاء وتركيب الفولاذ.
  • يفضل خبرة في تكسية ACP وشاشات LED الكبيرة.
  • إدارة فريق مكون من 10 موظفين مباشرين وفريق إشراف إنشائي و3 مقاولين (المقاول الرئيسي ومقاول الفولاذ ومقاول LED).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منصب قيادي.
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على إدارة برامج متعددة في وقت واحد.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين، مع القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • يفضل الإلمام بصناعة البناء واللوائح والمعايير في المملكة العربية السعودية.

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Project Director to join their team. JASARA inspires a solutions-based approach in order to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030 and bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the most complex programs in the world while simultaneously making a lasting impact on the community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications
  • Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • With 20+ years experience delivering complicated steel frame structures/bridges with value exceeding SAR1bn and strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis and steel erection
  • Experience of ACP cladding and large LED screens optional
  • The Project Director will manage a team of 10 direct staff, construction supervision team and 3 contractors. (Main Contractor, Steel contractor and LED contractor)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards is preferred
