تعلن شركة House of Consulting Office للاستشارات الهندسية (HCO) عن توفر وظيفة مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة أول (Senior QA/QC Engineer) للانضمام إلى قسم المشاريع في المدينة الحار العُلْيَا السعودية. الشركة هي مكتب استشارات متعدد التخصصات يقدم خدمات هندسية وتخطيطية واستشارية متكاملة للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية والصناعية والضيافة والتجزئة والرعاية الصحية والبنية التحتية في جميع أنحاء المملكة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المشاركة في مراجعات جودة التصميم متعدد التخصصات عبر مراحل RIBA 2-6.
  • مراجعة حزم التصميم والرسومات والمواصفات والحسابات والجداول والتقارير الفنية للتأكد من الجودة والامتثال.
  • تحديد أوجه القصور في التصميم، وتعارضات التنسيق، والسهو، وعدم الامتثال، ومتابعة حلها.
  • إنشاء وتنفيذ إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لتقديم التصميم والمراجعات وأنشطة البناء.
  • مراقبة إدارة الوثائق والتحكم في المراجعات والتحقق من التصميم والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات تعليقات مراجعة التصميم وضمان إغلاق التعليقات في الوقت المناسب.
  • التحقق من التصميمات والوثائق المعتمدة قبل إصدارها كتصميم للبناء (IFC).
  • مراقبة أنشطة البناء وتركيب المعدات والاختبار و FAT/SAT والتشغيل للتأكد من الامتثال للمتطلبات المعتمدة.
  • مراجعة رسومات (as-built) وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة وسجلات الاختبار والضمانات ووثائق التسليم النهائي.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات جودة كاملة وقابلة للتدقيق طوال مراحل التصميم والبناء والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.
  • التنسيق في مسائل الجودة مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين والجهات الخارجية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة قوية في مشاريع التصميم والبناء (D&B) وضمان التصميم متعدد التخصصات.
  • خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المياه والصرف الصحي وشبكات الطاقة/الاتصالات والأعمال المدنية والهيكلية المرتبطة بها.
  • يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج.
  • معرفة قوية بكود البناء السعودي ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة والكودات والمعايير الدولية المعمول بها.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / CQI-IRCA أو شهادة جودة معادلة.
  • التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين أو إمكانية التسجيل.
  • مهارات قوية في المراجعة الفنية والتفتيش وإدارة الجودة وإعداد التقارير وحل المشكلات.
  • القدرة على التنسيق وإدارة أنشطة الجودة متعددة التخصصات عبر مراحل التصميم والبناء.

House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO provides integrated engineering, planning, and consultancy services, delivering a “one-stop solution” for clients across all stages of project development. The firm is involved in residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure projects throughout Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our Projects Department, with strong experience in quality assurance and quality control for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, particularly water, wastewater, utilities, and associated civil and structural works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in multidisciplinary design quality reviews across RIBA Stages 2-6.
  • Review design packages, drawings, specifications, calculations, schedules, and technical reports for quality and compliance.
  • Identify design deficiencies, coordination conflicts, omissions, and non-compliances and follow up on their resolution.
  • Establish and implement QA/QC procedures for design submissions, reviews, and construction activities.
  • Monitor document control, revision control, design verification, and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Maintain design review comment registers and ensure timely closure of comments.
  • Verify approved designs and documentation prior to release as Issued for Construction (IFC).
  • Monitor construction, equipment installation, testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities for compliance with approved requirements.
  • Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test records, warranties, and final handover documentation.
  • Maintain complete and auditable quality records throughout design, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Coordinate quality matters with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects and multidisciplinary design assurance.
  • Proven experience in water, wastewater, power/ICT networks, and associated civil and structural infrastructure projects.
  • Experience within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA Building Codes, authority requirements, and applicable international codes and standards.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / CQI-IRCA or equivalent quality certification is preferred.
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Strong technical review, inspection, quality management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multidisciplinary quality activities across design and construction stages.
