The Opportunity

To Co-ordinate all Quality (under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM ) related aspects in the Seafood Operations to assist the Quality team within the Plant to effectively manage all aspects of Quality . 

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Diploma degree or High School 
• 1 to 2 years experience in a Quality role 
• Experience in Quality role within Seafood   
• Good working knowledge of Quality standards 
• Good knowledge in Food Safety , HACCP , GMP 
• Must be able to conduct Quality awareness program independently.
• Communicating effectively with a multinational workforce.
• Excellent written and spoken of Arabic / English
