تعلن دار الأزياء الفاخرة جيفنشي (Givenchy) عن توفر وظيفة مستشار أسلوب (Style Advisor) بدوام جزئي ومؤقت في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للانضمام فوراً إلى فريقها وتقديم تجربة تسوق استثنائية تعكس جرأة العلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استقبال العملاء المحليين والدوليين بحفاوة وخلق أجواء فاخرة ومرحبة.
- تقديم خدمة شخصية مخصصة عبر فهم احتياجات العميل وتفضيلاته وأسلوبه، وبناء علاقات دائمة من خلال سرد القصص وراء كل مجموعة.
- تتبع تفضيلات العملاء ومشترياتهم السابقة لتقديم توصيات مخصصة.
- تقديم مجموعات جيفنشي الجريئة بشغف، ومشاركة تاريخ العلامة وعناصر التصميم الفريدة، وتوجيه العملاء عبر المنتجات وإبراز مميزات كل قطعة.
- المساعدة في إنشاء عروض جذابة داخل المتجر لضمان بيئة بصرية آسرة.
- العمل بنشاط لتحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات المحددة من الإدارة، وتحديد فرص بيع إضافية من خلال فهم احتياجات العملاء.
- تجسيد صورة العلامة التجارية من خلال الالتزام بمعايير اللباس والسلوك الخاصة بالرفاهية، والمساهمة في الحفاظ على أجواء المتجر الراقية، والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث صيحات الأزياء والرفاهية.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفريق (بما في ذلك فريق المخزون) لضمان تناسق خدمة العملاء وعرض المنتجات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في منصب مماثل ضمن قطاع التجزئة الفاخرة أو الأزياء أو بيئة تركز على العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، مع قدرة بارزة على التعاطف مع العملاء.
- إتقان اللغة المحلية (العربية) واللغة الإنجليزية.
- شغف حقيقي بالأزياء وفهم عميق لهوية علامة جيفنشي.
- الالتزام بأن يكون سفيراً للدار الجريئة، والرغبة في العمل في بيئة ديناميكية تتطلب مرونة واستقلالية.
