Role Description The Mother Teacher (Grade 1 & 2) will serve as the primary educator and mentor for a designated class, providing academic instruction and emotional support throughout the school day. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, monitoring student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and coordinating with subject teachers and parents to support overall development. The role involves guiding students in values, discipline, and social skills, as well as organizing classroom activities, assessments, and basic record-keeping. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Gangotri International School in Gondal, requiring regular participation in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom instruction and child-centered pedagogy.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
