Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Dammam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the group’s logistics and industrial services. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with operations, marketing, and management to support pricing, proposals, and sales reporting, while continuously updating their knowledge of products, services, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience delivering Training or product demonstrations to clients or internal teams to support adoption and effective use of services.
• Prior experience in logistics, transport, manufacturing, or industrial services is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
