تقديم خبرة تطويرية متقدمة لخدمات الأمن العام من خلال تصميم وتعزيز ودعم الحلول البرمجية التي تلبي متطلبات الأعمال، وتحسن موثوقية الخدمة، وتضمن التوافق مع المعايير الفنية المعتمدة والاحتياجات التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتعزيز مكونات البرمجيات والحلول التقنية لخدمات الأمن العام من خلال ترجمة المتطلبات التشغيلية والتجارية إلى تصاميم فنية موثوقة وقابلة للصيانة والتوسع.
- تطوير وتهيئة وتنفيذ ميزات التطبيقات وعمليات التكامل والتحسينات وفقاً للمتطلبات المعتمدة ومعايير البرمجة والجداول الزمنية للتسليم.
- دعم أنشطة التكامل بين التطبيقات والمنصات والأنظمة الخارجية من خلال تحليل متطلبات الواجهات وحل التبعيات التقنية وضمان استقرار تبادل البيانات.
- التحقيق في المشكلات التقنية وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإصلاحات الفعالة أو الحلول البديلة للحفاظ على استقرار الخدمة وتقليل الحوادث المتكررة.
- مراجعة الكود المطور لضمان سهولة القراءة وقابلية الصيانة والتوافق مع معايير التطوير المعتمدة، وتحديد المشكلات التقنية ودعم أنشطة التنقيح لتحسين استقرار الحلول.
- دعم أنشطة تحضير الإصدارات والنشر من خلال التنسيق للجاهزية التقنية والتحقق من التغييرات المطلوبة وضمان الانتقال السلس للتحسينات إلى بيئات الإنتاج.
- إعداد وصيانة الوثائق الفنية وملاحظات التهيئة ومواد مشاركة المعرفة لدعم استمرارية العمل وقابلية الصيانة والتسليم الفعال بين الفرق.
- التنسيق مع فرق المنتج والعمليات والجودة والبنية التحتية لتوضيح المتطلبات وإدارة التبعيات وضمان أن التسليم التقني يدعم أهداف الأعمال والخدمات.
- اتباع جميع سياسات القسم والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والتعليمات ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة محكومة ومتسقة، والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5-7 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات، دعم التطبيقات، تكامل الأنظمة، أو بيئات الخدمات الرقمية ذات الصلة.

- Technical Solution Design
- Design and enhance software components and technical solutions for Public Security Services by translating business and operational requirements into reliable, maintainable, and scalable technical designs.
- Development & Implementation
- Develop, configure, and implement application features, integrations, and enhancements in line with approved requirements, coding standards, and delivery timelines.
- System Integration Support
- Support integration activities between applications, platforms, and external systems by analyzing interface requirements, resolving technical dependencies, and ensuring stable data exchange.
- Technical Problem Solving
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes or workarounds to maintain service stability and reduce recurring incidents.
- Code Quality & Technical Review
- Review developed code to ensure readability, maintainability, and alignment with approved development standards. Identify technical issues and support debugging activities to improve solution stability.
- Release & Deployment Support
- Support release preparation and deployment activities by coordinating technical readiness, validating required changes, and ensuring smooth transition of enhancements to production environments.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration notes, and knowledge-sharing materials to support continuity, maintainability, and effective handover across teams.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with product, operations, quality, and infrastructure teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure technical delivery supports business and service objectives.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Information Security
- Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development, application support, system integration, or related digital service environments.
