المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط QA/QC والإجراءات وأنظمة التفتيش بما يتوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير الدولية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- الإشراف على عمليات التفتيش الموقعي ومراجعة التصاميم والرسومات المدنية.
- مراقبة عمليات البناء والتنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع وفرق الموقع.
- معالجة حالات عدم المطابقة من خلال الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- إعداد وثائق وتقارير الجودة وإجراء المراجعات (audits).
- دعم أنشطة تقييم المخاطر وتوجيه المهندسين المبتدئين لضمان الاتساق في الجودة عبر مراحل المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص وثيق الصلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في أدوار QA/QC على مشاريع مدنية أو بنية تحتية كبيرة، ويفضل لدى مقاولين دوليين.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية ذات الصلة (ISO، ASTM، ACI) وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
- القدرة على العمل في موقع المشروع في الطائف والتعاون مع جهات متنوعة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.
- شهادات مهنية في إدارة الجودة أو الهندسة المدنية.
- أساس قوي في الهندسة المدنية مع إتقان التصميم المدني وتطبيقه في المشاريع.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات من المهندسين المدنيين وتنسيق أعمال التصميم والتنفيذ ومراقبة الجودة.
- كفاءة في التخطيط للأعمال المدنية، بما في ذلك جدولة عمليات التفتيش وتحديد نقاط فحص QA/QC ومواءمة معالم الجودة مع الجداول الزمنية.
- معرفة بأنظمة إدارة مياه الأمطار والبنية التحتية المرتبطة (الصرف، المرافق) مع التركيز على الامتثال والاستدامة.

Role Description The Senior QA/QC Civil Engineer will oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for civil works on complex construction and infrastructure projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Taif and involves developing and implementing QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection regimes aligned with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising site inspections, reviewing civil designs and drawings, monitoring construction processes, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and resolving non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes preparing quality documentation and reports, conducting audits, supporting risk assessments, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold consistent quality across all project phases.

- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers, with the ability to coordinate design, execution, and quality control activities.
- Competence in Planning for civil works, including scheduling inspections, defining QA/QC checkpoints, and aligning quality milestones with project timelines.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related civil engineering systems, including drainage, utilities, and site infrastructure, with an emphasis on compliance and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience in QA/QC roles on large-scale civil or infrastructure projects, preferably with international contractors.
- Familiarity with relevant international standards and codes (e.g., ISO, ASTM, ACI) and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail in inspections and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Taif, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
