المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة جميع مناطق المنشأة لضمان سلامة وأمن الضيوف والموظفين والممتلكات.
- إجراء دوريات منتظمة في أنحاء المنتجع، بما في ذلك مناطق الضيوف والمناطق الخلفية والمحيط.
- إدارة نقاط التحكم في الدخول ومراقبة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) للحفاظ على إشراف أمني شامل.
- الاستجابة بسرعة واحترافية لأي مخاوف أو حوادث أمنية مع الحفاظ على الهدوء والسرية.
- مساعدة الضيوف في الاتجاهات والمعلومات وأي طلبات خاصة بطريقة ودودة ومفيدة.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لدعم عمليات الفندق السلسة والفعاليات الخاصة.

In this role, you will be the quiet guardian of our guests' peace, ensuring that the warmth and authenticity of the Dijiwa experience remains undisturbed. Your presence will be professional yet approachable, embodying the genuine hospitality that defines our brand. You will work closely with our operations and guest services teams to maintain a secure environment while contributing to the seamless, personalized experience our guests expect.
Success in this role means maintaining vigilant awareness while remaining accessible to assist guests with any needs that may arise. It means understanding that your role extends beyond traditional security-you are also an ambassador of Indonesian hospitality, often being the first point of contact who sets the tone for a guest's entire experience.

- Monitoring all areas of the property to ensure safety and security for guests, staff, and property
- Conducting regular patrols throughout the resort premises, including guest areas, back-of-house, and perimeter
- Managing access control points and monitoring CCTV systems to maintain comprehensive security oversight
- Responding promptly and professionally to any security concerns or incidents while maintaining calm and discretion
- Assisting guests with directions, information, and any special requests in a warm and helpful manner
- Collaborating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and special events
- Maintaining detailed incident reports and documentation as required by company standards
- Participating in emergency response procedures and staff training programs
