Role Description The Truck Driver role at Strawberry & Pomegranate is a full-time, on-site position based in the Hail Region. The Truck Driver is responsible for operating company trucks safely, transporting fresh food and grocery products between warehouses, stores, and other locations, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, loading and unloading goods, securing cargo, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The role involves adhering to all relevant transportation regulations, following designated routes, and coordinating with warehouse and store teams to support efficient operations. The Truck Driver is also expected to uphold company standards for product handling, safety, and customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Truck operation and driving skills, including experience with commercial trucks and safe Truck Driving practices.
• Regulations and road safety requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as Unloading, loading, and securing cargo while maintaining product quality.
• Strong reliability, time management, and route planning skills to ensure on-schedule deliveries.
• Basic record-keeping skills for logs, delivery notes, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving and compliance with traffic laws.
• Ability to work on-site in the Hail Region, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Prior experience in retail distribution, grocery, or fresh food logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and store teams in a professional manner.
