المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مركبات الشركة (شاحنات وسيارات إسعاف) بأمان لنقل المرضى والطواقم الطبية والمعدات حسب الحاجة.
- اتباع المسارات والجداول المحددة، والالتزام بقوانين المرور وتعليمات السلامة.
- إجراء فحوصات أساسية للمركبات والإبلاغ عن أي احتياجات صيانة.
- التواصل بوضوح مع المنسقين والطواقم الطبية والمرضى وتقديم خدمة عملاء مهنية ومحترمة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لرحلات النقل والوثائق المطلوبة.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق العمليات والطبية لضمان خدمات نقل آمنة وفي الوقت المحدد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في تشغيل المركبات، بما في ذلك قيادة الشاحنات والتعامل معها.
- رخصة قيادة تجارية سارية (CDL Class A) أو رخصة مركبات ثقيلة معادلة، وسجل قيادة نظيف.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتنسيق مع غرفة العمليات والفرق الطبية والمرضى.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء لتقديم تفاعل هادئ ومحترم وداعم في بيئة النقل الطبي.
- معرفة بقوانين المرور المحلية والطرق في منطقة الرياض.

Role Description This full-time Driver role is an on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Driver will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, including trucks and ambulances, to transport patients, medical staff, and equipment as required. - Customer Service skills to provide calm, respectful, and supportive interaction in medical transport settings.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the Riyadh Region.
- Ability to remain composed in urgent or stressful situations and follow safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical awareness to perform routine vehicle checks and report issues promptly.
- Previous experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
