NHC تعلن عن وظيفة مدير قسم التقارير المالية (Financial Reporting Division Manager) في السعودية، حيث سيتولى قيادة وظيفة التقارير المالية وضمان دقة وسلامة وتوقيت إعداد التقارير والبيانات المالية مع الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على إعداد ومراجعة التقارير والبيانات المالية
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح والسياسات الداخلية
- تحليل النتائج المالية وتقديم رؤى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات
- قيادة عمليات التقارير المالية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر
- التنسيق مع المدققين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في شؤون التقارير
- مراقبة ضوابط التقارير والحوكمة ودقة البيانات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في التقارير المالية أو المحاسبة أو المالية، تتضمن خبرة قيادية
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية (SOCPA، CPA، ACCA، أو ما يعادلها)
- معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS ومعايير التقارير المالية
- مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والقيادة والتواصل

The Financial Reporting Division Manager is responsible for leading the financial reporting function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial reports and statements while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to support decision-making
- Lead financial reporting processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with auditors and key stakeholders on reporting matters
- Monitor reporting controls, governance, and data accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance, including leadership experience
- Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
