We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Costing Analyst to join our medical complex in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and analyzing the actual cost and profitability of medical, dental, dermatology, laboratory, and diagnostic services. This role will support management in setting appropriate prices, controlling costs, and improving department profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Calculate the full cost of each clinical service and procedure.

* Analyze the cost of medical supplies, consumables, laboratory work, doctor commissions, staff time, equipment use, and overhead expenses.

* Prepare profitability reports by service, doctor, department, and branch.

* Support management in reviewing service prices and profit margins.

* Monitor wastage, unusual consumption, and cost variances.

* Develop costing models and cost allocation methods for clinical departments.

* Work closely with procurement, finance, operations, doctors, and department heads.

* Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for management.

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field.

* Professional qualification such as CMA, CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a hospital, medical center, clinic group, or healthcare business.

* Strong knowledge of clinical costing, service costing, and profitability analysis.

* Advanced Excel skills are required; Power BI experience is preferred.

* Experience with ERP or accounting systems.

* Strong English communication and report-writing skills.

* Highly organized, accurate, and able to work independently.
