Role Description The (Senior Director of Strategy) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading strategic planning and execution across the vaccines, medical supplies, injections, and IVsolutions business. This role oversees market analysis, competitive intelligence, and long-range planning to identify growth opportunities and guide investment decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, aligning cross-functional teams around key initiatives, and monitoring performance against strategic goals. The Senior Director will translate industry trends and customer needs into clear strategic roadmaps, prepare executive-level presentations, and support decision-making with data-driven insights. The role also involves mentoring strategy team members, driving continuous improvement in strategic processes, and ensuring that organizational strategies support sustainable growth and compliance in global healthcare markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate or business strategy, including market analysis, portfolio planning, and execution of strategic initiatives in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including proficiency with financial modeling, data interpretation, and decision-support tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives, presentations, and recommendations for executive audiences.
• Proven track record in remote collaboration, time management, and working effectively across geographies and cultures.
• Experience with regulatory, quality, or supply chain considerations in vaccines, medical supplies, injections, or IV solutions is highly beneficial.
• Graduate degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in strategic leadership roles will be considered.
