شركة TASC Outsourcing تبحث عن مشغل في قسم Press Shop (فحص الجودة) للعمل في جدة (مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية)، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان أعلى معايير جودة المنتج وسلامة العمليات في قسم الضغط بالمركبات، من خلال إجراء الفحوصات التفصيلية وتطبيق تقنيات إحصائية ووقائية لتحقيق الامتثال لمعايير ISO والتحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة أثناء الإنتاج وبعد الانتهاء للمكونات المشكّلة بالضغط في صناعة السيارات
- مراقبة أداء معدات قسم Press Shop ومعايير العملية
- استخدام تقنيات الفحص وأجهزة القياس للكشف عن العيوب والانحرافات البُعدية
- تطبيق أساليب التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات (SPC) لتتبع اتجاهات الجودة
- توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة ودعم أنشطة تحليل السبب الجذري
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة في أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والإجراءات التصحيحية
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO 9001 ومتطلبات عملاء السيارات
- الحفاظ على سجلات جودة دقيقة وتقارير وسجلات بيانات
- التوصية بتحسينات العمليات لزيادة الإنتاجية وتقليل الهالك
- المشاركة في عمليات تدقيق الجودة ودعم تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في فحص الجودة بقسم Press Shop في مجال تصنيع السيارات
- خبرة مثبتة في عمليات قسم Press Shop والأدوات
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات الفحص وأجهزة القياس وعلم القياس
- خبرة في الامتثال لمعايير ISO 9001
- إتقان أدوات وأساليب التحكم الإحصائي في العمليات (SPC)
- مهارة في تحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
- الإلمام بممارسات الصيانة الوقائية لمعدات قسم Press Shop
- القدرة على مراقبة معايير العملية وتفسير البيانات الفنية
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات
- مهارات اتصال فعالة في بيئة تقنية
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة
- شهادة في إدارة الجودة (مثل CQI, CQE)
- حزام أخضر في Lean Six Sigma أو شهادة مماثلة في التحسين المستمر
- خبرة في أنظمة الجودة الخاصة بمصنّعي السيارات (مثل VDA, IATF 16949)
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة ERP/MES (مثل SAP)
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية
- خبرة في قيادة فرق تحسين متعددة التخصصات

About The Role
The Operator, Press Shop (Quality Checking) based in Jeddah (KAEC) is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process integrity in our automotive press shop operations. You will monitor production, perform detailed inspections, and apply statistical and preventive techniques to uphold ISO compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
The Operator, Press Shop (Quality Checking) based in Jeddah (KAEC) is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process integrity in our automotive press shop operations. You will monitor production, perform detailed inspections, and apply statistical and preventive techniques to uphold ISO compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of press-formed automotive components
- Monitor press shop equipment performance and process parameters
- Utilize inspection techniques and gauges to detect defects and dimensional variances
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to track quality trends
- Document non-conformances and support root cause analysis activities
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on preventive maintenance and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and automotive customer requirements
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data logs
- Recommend process improvements to enhance yield and reduce scrap
- Participate in quality audits and support corrective/preventive action implementation
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in press shop quality inspection within automotive manufacturing
- Proven expertise in press shop operations and tooling
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, gauges, and metrology
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards compliance
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) tools and methods
- Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices for press shop equipment
- Ability to monitor process parameters and interpret technical data
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in a technical environment
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, CQE)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar continuous improvement certification
- Experience with automotive OEM quality systems (e.g., VDA, IATF 16949)
- Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP)
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement teams
