نبذة عن الوظيفة

يضمن أخصائي أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة والأمن التشغيل الموثوق والصيانة لأنظمة CCTV والأمن وأنظمة RTPI، مع خبرة في واجهات AFC وITS. ينسق مع المقاولين بشأن الأعطال والشكاوى واختبار البرمجيات، ويدعم إدارة العقود بالمتطلبات الفنية وهندسة النظام. كما يشمل الدور مراقبة البث المباشر لكاميرات CCTV، وتصعيد الحوادث، ودعم فحوصات مركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC)، وإعداد سجلات الامتثال لجهات السلامة والأمن.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وصيانة أنظمة CCTV والأمن بموثوقية عالية.
  • الإشراف على أنظمة الإعلانات الصوتية (PA) والتخطيط ضمن RTPI.
  • إدارة واجهات AFC وITS الخاصة بالمشغل بالتنسيق مع المقاولين.
  • إدارة جميع الأنظمة والواجهات ومناقشة تقارير الأعطال وشكاوى العملاء مع المقاولين.
  • اختبار وإطلاق البرمجيات الجديدة في مركز الاختبار والتطوير بما يشمل واجهات ITS.
  • دعم مدير إدارة العقود وصاحب العمل بالمتطلبات الفنية والمواصفات (SDS) والتعديلات الفنية.
  • تقديم مدخلات حول بنية أنظمة CCTV والأمن.
  • مراقبة البث المباشر لكاميرات CCTV وإنذارات النظام وتصعيد الحوادث عند الحاجة.
  • دعم الفحوصات اليومية لمركز عمليات الشبكة (NOC).
  • إعداد سجلات الامتثال لجهات السلامة والأمن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة تقنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة أنظمة CCTV والأمن.
  • درجة أو دبلوم في الإلكترونيات، الهندسة الكهربائية، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة CCTV وRTPI وأنظمة الإعلانات الصوتية (PA) وواجهات ITS وإدارة الأنظمة.
  • خبرة في اختبار وإطلاق البرمجيات وإدارة واجهات الأنظمة.
  • الإلمام بالمواصفات الفنية (SDS) والتعديلات وتنفيذ العقود.
  • القدرة على تقييم أداء النظام وحل المشكلات التقنية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية للتواصل مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات الرقابية.
  • معرفة بمعايير الامتثال للسلامة والأمن.

Overview

The CCTV / Security System Specialist ensures reliable operation and maintenance of CCTV, security, and RTPI systems, with expertise in AFC and ITS interfaces. He coordinates with contractors on faults, complaints, and software testing, while supporting contract administration with technical requirements and system architecture. The role also involves monitoring live CCTV feeds, escalating incidents, supporting NOC checks, and preparing compliance logs for safety and security agencies.

Your role

  • System Operation & Maintenance: Manage and maintain CCTV and security systems with high reliability.
  • RTPI Systems Management: Oversee PA and Planning systems within RTPI.
  • Interface Oversight: Manage AFC and Operator ITS interfaces, coordinating with contractors.
  • System Administration: Administer all systems and interfaces, discuss fault reports and customer complaints with contractors.
  • Software Testing: Test and release new software in the Test & Development center, including ITS interfaces.
  • Contract Support: Support Contract Administration Manager and Employer with technical requirements, specifications (SDS), and technical variations.
  • System Architecture: Provide input on CCTV and security system architecture.
  • Monitoring & Escalation: Monitor live CCTV feeds and system alarms, escalate incidents as required.
  • NOC Support: Support Network Operations Center (NOC) daily checks.
  • Compliance Reporting: Prepare compliance logs for safety and security agencies.

About You

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' technical experience in CCTV and security system operation and maintenance.
  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, RTPI, PA systems, ITS interfaces, and system administration.
  • Software & Tools: Experience with testing, releasing software, and managing system interfaces.
  • Contract Knowledge: Familiarity with technical specifications (SDS), variations, and contract enforcement.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of safety and security compliance standards.
