نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن مفتش مرور مؤهل لدعم أنشطة إدارة المرور في مواقع إنشاء الطرق النشطة في الرياض. تشمل المهام فحص ترتيبات المرور، وضمان التنفيذ السليم لخطط إدارة المرور المعتمدة، ومراقبة تدفق المرور في الموقع، والتنسيق مع المقاولين والجهات المعنية للحفاظ على السلامة والامتثال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • فحص والتحقق من إعدادات تحويلات المرور في الموقع وفقًا لخطط إدارة المرور المعتمدة.
  • مراقبة ظروف المرور الحية والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية لضمان التدفق السلس والسلامة.
  • ضمان التركيب والصيانة السليمة للوحات الإرشادية والحواجز والمخاريط والعواكس والإنارة.
  • إجراء تقييمات للموقع لتحديد المخاطر وتقديم حلول لحركة المركبات والمشاة الآمنة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين ومهندسي الموقع والجهات الحكومية بشأن ترتيبات التحويلات.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح المرور المحلية ومعايير السلامة.
  • الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة ومتابعة التصحيحات.
  • إعداد تقارير التفتيش اليومية للموقع والحفاظ على التوثيق الدقيق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو النقل أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التفتيش المروري أو تحويلات المرور في مشاريع إنشاء الطرق.
  • معرفة قوية بأجهزة التحكم في المرور وإجراءات السلامة على الطرق وتنفيذ التحويلات.
  • خبرة في العمل مع بيئات المرور الحيوية ومواقع البناء سريعة الوتيرة.
  • القدرة على تفسير وتنفيذ خطط إدارة المرور.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية.
  • الإلمام باللوائح والمعايير المرورية السعودية.

Overview

We are seeking a qualified Traffic Inspector to support traffic management activities across active road construction sites in Riyadh. The role involves inspecting traffic arrangements, ensuring proper implementation of approved traffic management plans, monitoring on site traffic flow, and coordinating with contractors and authorities to maintain safety and compliance.

Your role

  • Inspect and verify traffic diversion setups on site as per approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • Monitor live traffic conditions and recommend corrective actions to ensure smooth flow and safety.
  • Ensure proper installation and maintenance of signage, barriers, cones, delineators, and lighting.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify risks and provide solutions for safe vehicle and pedestrian movement.
  • Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and government authorities on diversion arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with local traffic regulations and safety standards.
  • Report non‑conformities and follow up on rectifications.
  • Prepare daily site inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.

About You

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands‑on site experience in traffic inspection or traffic diversions in road construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic control devices, road safety procedures, and diversion execution.
  • Experience working with live traffic environments and fast‑paced construction sites.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce Traffic Management Plans.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi traffic regulations and standards.
