تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تخطيط أول (Senior Planning Engineer) للمشاركة في تنفيذ مشاريع تطوير سكني وتجاري وضيافة ومختلط الاستخدام واسعة النطاق في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن تخطيط المشاريع، الجدولة، مراقبة التقدم، تحليل التأخير، إعداد التقارير، التنبؤ، وأنشطة مراقبة المشاريع طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- يتطلب دوراً واسعاً في إدارة جداول البناء المعقدة والعمل الوثيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة وتقييم الجداول الأساسية للمقاولين للتأكد من الامتثال لمتطلبات العقد والمعالم الرئيسية ومنهجيات البناء وخطط المراحل المعتمدة.
- تقييم البرامج الرئيسية وجداول البناء التفصيلية وجداول المشتريات وجداول التصميم وبرامج التشغيل.
- ضمان أن تعكس جداول المشروع تسلسل البناء الواقعي واستراتيجيات توزيع الموارد.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل البرامج الأساسية المعتمدة وتحديد الانحرافات عن الأداء المخطط.
- تطوير ومراجعة جداول النظرة المستقبلية قصيرة وطويلة الأجل لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بكفاءة.
- تحليل المسارات الحرجة واستهلاك الطفو ومخاطر الجدولة والقيود والتبعيات.
- مراقبة والتحقق من التقدم المبلغ عنه من المقاولين من خلال التفتيش الميداني وقياسات التقدم والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- مراجعة والتحقق من تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية المقدمة من المقاولين.
- تطوير تحليلات أداء الجدولة وتقارير الإدارة لقيادة المشروع ومراجعة العميل.
- إعداد ملخصات تنفيذية تسلط الضوء على الإنجازات الرئيسية ومخاوف الجدولة والمخاطر وإجراءات التخفيف.
- إنشاء وصيانة لوحات معلومات المشروع ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وأنظمة تتبع التقدم.
- مراقبة أنشطة الهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم لضمان التوافق مع المعالم الرئيسية.
- إجراء تقييمات تأثير الجدولة وتحليلات التأخير باستخدام منهجيات معترف بها في الصناعة.
- تقييم التأخيرات المتعلقة بتغييرات التصميم والتغييرات ومشكلات المشتريات وموافقات الجهات الرسمية والقيود الميدانية وأداء المقاولين.
- دعم مراجعات تمديد الوقت (EOT) وإعداد التقييمات التعاقدية المتعلقة بالتخطيط.
- مراجعة برامج التعافي وخطط التسريع للمقاولين.
- المشاركة في تحليل المطالبات وتقديم دعم التخطيط لتسوية النزاعات والتقييمات التجارية.
- دعم عمليات مراقبة المشاريع بما في ذلك التنبؤ وقياس التقدم ومراقبة الإنتاجية وإدارة التغيير.
- تحديد مخاطر الجدولة والتوصية باستراتيجيات التخفيف لتعزيز أداء المشروع.
- مراقبة إجراءات التعافي وتقييم فعالية التدابير التصحيحية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المراقبة التجارية والمالية لمواءمة توقعات الجدولة مع توقعات التكلفة والموارد.
- دعم ورش العمل المتعلقة بالمخاطر ومراجعات أداء المشروع.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المقيمين ومديري البناء ومديري المشاريع والمقاولين والاستشاريين وممثلي العميل.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية وورش العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم قيادة المشروع في معالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالجدولة ومخاطر المشروع.
- تسهيل التنسيق بين تخصصات العمارة والإنشاءات والواجهات والتشطيبات الداخلية والأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).
- ضمان الامتثال لأنشطة التخطيط لإجراءات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو إدارة المشاريع أو أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 15 إلى 20 عاماً في التخطيط ومراقبة المشاريع.
- ما لا يقل عن 10 سنوات من خبرة التخطيط في مشاريع البناء الرئيسية.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في مؤسسات استشارية أو إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو جهة عميل.
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة مثبتة في جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع من التخطيط والتصميم إلى البناء والتشغيل والتسليم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة Primavera P6 أو شهادة تخطيط معادلة (يفضل بشدة).
- شهادة PMP (ميزة إضافية).
- العضويات المهنية في المؤسسات الهندسية المعترف بها (مرغوب فيه).
- إجادة استخدام برامج التخطيط والجدولة وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية في تحليل التأخير والمسار الحرج وتقييم المخاطر.
- مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, reporting, forecasting, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires extensive experience in managing complex building construction schedules and working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Your role
- Review and assess contractors' baseline schedules for compliance with contract requirements, project milestones, construction methodologies, and approved phasing plans.
- Evaluate master programmes, detailed construction schedules, procurement schedules, design schedules, and commissioning programmes.
- Ensure project schedules reflect realistic construction sequencing and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and identify deviations from planned performance.
- Develop and review short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules to support efficient project execution.
- Analyze critical paths, float consumption, schedule risks, constraints, and project dependencies.
- Monitor and validate contractor-reported progress through site inspections, progress measurements, and stakeholder coordination.
- Review and verify weekly and monthly progress reports submitted by contractors.
- Develop schedule performance analyses and management reports for project leadership and client review.
- Prepare executive summaries highlighting key project achievements, schedule concerns, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Establish and maintain project dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and progress tracking systems.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Conduct schedule impact assessments and delay analyses using industry-recognized methodologies.
- Evaluate delays related to design changes, variations, procurement issues, authority approvals, site constraints, and contractor performance.
- Support Extension of Time (EOT) reviews and preparation of planning-related contractual assessments.
- Review contractor recovery programmes and acceleration plans.
- Participate in claims analysis and provide planning support for dispute resolution and commercial assessments.
- Support project controls processes including forecasting, progress measurement, productivity monitoring, and change management.
- Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance project performance.
- Monitor project recovery actions and assess effectiveness of corrective measures.
- Coordinate with commercial and project controls teams to align schedule forecasts with cost and resource projections.
- Support risk workshops and project performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Directors, Contractors, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
- Participate in weekly and monthly progress meetings and stakeholder workshops.
- Support project leadership in addressing schedule-related issues and project risks.
- Facilitate coordination between architectural, structural, façade, fit-out, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure planning activities comply with project procedures, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Primavera P6 Certification or equivalent planning certification is highly preferred.
- PMP Certification is an advantage.
- Professional memberships with recognized engineering institutions are desirable.
- 15 to 20 years of professional planning and project controls experience.
- Minimum 10 years of planning experience on major building construction projects.
- Experience in consultant, PMC, or client organizations is preferred.
- Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience throughout the complete project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
