نحن في AtkinsRéalis نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي (EM and CS) ذو خبرة وكفاءة عالية للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية، لدعم تقديم حلول هندسية عالية الجودة ضمن مشاريع السكك الحديدية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • تقييم المنشآت المدنية مثل الجسور والعبارات، بالإضافة إلى منشآت المباني المرتبطة بمرافق السكك الحديدية.
  • مراجعة الوثائق الفنية والإشراف على أعمال البناء الخاصة بالتخصصات للأصول الجديدة والمحدثة لمرافق السكك الحديدية.
  • إجراء مراجعة تفصيلية للوثائق بما في ذلك رسومات التصميم والتقارير، ورسومات الورشة، ووثائق «كما تم البناء» لضمان الامتثال الكامل للمعايير والمتطلبات المعمول بها.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم إرشادات وإشراف خبير على جميع جوانب الهندسة الإنشائية في مشاريع النقل، من التصور حتى الإنجاز، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات واللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التصميم والبناء لمراجعة وتقييم الرسومات والمواصفات والحسابات الإنشائية.
  • إجراء تفتيشات ميدانية شاملة لتقييم السلامة الإنشائية وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة واقتراح حلول فعالة للتخفيف منها.
  • مراقبة تقدم الأعمال الإنشائية في الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالتصاميم والمواصفات ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة.
  • العمل عن كثب مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لحل أي مشكلات أو تحديات إنشائية تظهر أثناء البناء.
  • مراجعة واعتماد بيانات الطرق ورسومات الورشة ومقدمات المواد المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
  • إجراء تقييمات إنشائية دورية وتقديم توصيات للتقوية أو التعديل حسب الضرورة.
  • إعداد تقارير شاملة ووثائق ومراسلات متعلقة بأنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية.
  • العمل كحلقة وصل فنية بين فريق المشروع والعملاء والجهات المعنية، والرد على أي استفسارات أو مخاوف إنشائية بشكل فوري.
  • التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك المصممين والمقاولين ومديري المشاريع والموظفين التجاريين وفريق مراقبة المشروع لتطوير خطط المشروع وميزانياته.
  • التفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين حسب الحاجة.
  • ضمان استيفاء المشاريع للمواصفات والمواعيد النهائية ومعايير الجودة.
  • مراجعة الوثائق الفنية المتعلقة بالتخصص من حيث الاكتمال والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والواجهات ومتطلبات أصحاب المصلحة والمعايير المعمول بها، بما في ذلك طلبات التصميم في مراحل مختلفة ورسومات الورشة ورسومات «كما تم البناء» والحسابات والتقييمات والمواصفات الفنية ووثائق الواجهات وتقارير الهندسة القيمية وطلبات المواد وتصنيفات نظام الكود وكميات المواد.
  • المساهمة في إنتاج مراجعات متعددة التخصصات للوثائق الفنية لضمان التنسيق الكامل للتسليمات.
  • المشاركة في إنتاج ومراجعة مقترحات الهندسة القيمية.
  • إجراء تفتيشات الجودة والإشراف على تركيب واختبار وتشغيل الأعمال الإنشائية، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة واللوائح.
  • مراقبة التقدم في المشروع وإعداد التقارير، وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة والانحرافات عن الخطوط الأساسية ومعالجتها بالتعاون مع فرق مراقبة المشروع.
  • تقديم التقارير بشكل دوري وفقاً لسياسات المشروع والشركة.
  • ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج وسياسات الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع والشركة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث التقنيات الهندسية وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لفرق المشروع.
  • تعزيز ثقافة السلامة.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية وحضور زيارات الموقع والاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة هندسية من مؤسسة مرموقة في تخصص الإنشاءات، ويُفضل درجة الماجستير.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في الهندسة الإنشائية، ويفضل أن تجمع بين الإشراف على البناء والمراجعة الفنية.
  • خبرة في أداء الأعمال الهندسية وفقاً لإجراءات ومعايير وممارسات أنظمة السكك الحديدية والمتطلبات التنظيمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • معرفة جيدة بجوانب ومتطلبات الحماية من الحرائق المطبقة على الأصول الإنشائية.
  • معرفة الممارسات البيئية والاستدامة في الهندسة.
  • خبرة عملية في استخدام المعايير والكودات الإنشائية المطبقة على أنظمة السكك الحديدية في المملكة العربية السعودية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، كود البناء السعودي ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني ومعايير NFPA.
  • خبرة في تحليل متطلبات المشروع والتحقق من تنفيذها في الوثائق الفنية وفي أعمال الموقع من خلال التفتيش الميداني وعمليات الاختبار.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions within railway projects. This requires to assess technically civil structures such as bridges and culverts, as well as building structures for railway related facilities. This role will be responsible for reviewing technical documentation and supervision of the construction works related with its disciplines for new and updated assets of railway facilities. The successful candidate will perform detailed review of documentation including design drawings and reports, shop drawings and as-build documentations ensuring full compliance with applicable standards and requirements, ensuring robust and compliant engineering outcomes.

Your role

  • Provide expert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspects of transportation projects, ensuring compliance with requirements, local regulations and international standards, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Monitor the progress of structural works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any structural-related issues or challenges encountered during construction.
  • Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals related to structural works.
  • Conduct regular structural assessments and provide recommendations for strengthening or modification as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence related to structural engineering activities.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the project team, clients, and relevant authorities, addressing any structural-related queries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors and project managers, commercial staff, and project controls team to develop project plans and budgets.
  • Interface with internal and external stake holders as required.
  • Ensuring projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Review the technical documentation related with the discipline for completeness and compliance with the project requirements, interface, stakeholder requirements and applicable standards. These will include, not limited to, design submissions at different stages, shop drawings, as-built drawings, calculations, assessments, technical specifications, interface documents, value engineering reports, material requests, system code classifications, bill of quantities.
  • Contribute to produce multidisciplinary reviews of the technical documents to ensure full coordination of the deliverables.
  • Participate in producing and reviewing value engineering proposals.
  • Conduct quality inspections and oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of structural works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and deviations from the baseline(s), in collaboration with the Project Control Teams.
  • Report regularly in accordance with the project and company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to the project and company quality program and policies.
  • Stay updated on the latest engineering technologies and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
  • Promote culture of safety.
  • Perform walkdowns, attend site visits and meetings as required.

About You

  • Engineering degree from a reputable institution in Structural. Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably combining construction supervision and technical review.
  • Experience performing engineering work in accordance with railway systems procedures, standards, and practices, and KSA regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of the fire protection aspects and requirements applicable to structural assets.
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in engineering.
  • Working knowledge of/experience using structural codes and standards applicable to railway systems in KSA, including not limited to Saudi Building Code, Civil Defence requirements, NFPA standards.
  • Experience in analysis of project requirements and check for their implementation in technical documentation and in the site works, through site inspections and testing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic project environments.
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality structural outcomes.
