انضم إلى فريق AtkinsRéalis في الرياض كمُساعد مدير إنشاءات (T&C والتسليم) ضمن مشاريع النقل متعددة التخصصات، حيث ستقود الإشراف على أعمال الإنشاءات والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فرق الإشراف على الإنشاءات بما في ذلك المهندسين المقيمين ومهندسي التخصصات والمفتشين والموظفين الداعمين.
- وضع أهداف الإشراف على المشروع والأولويات وتوقعات الأداء.
- توجيه وتطوير وتقييم أعضاء الفريق للحفاظ على منظمة عالية الأداء.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والجودة والتعاون والتحسين المستمر.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتحديد المخاطر والتأخيرات والمشكلات المحتملة.
- توجيه الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية لتقليل تأثيرات المشروع.
- ضمان إكمال مخرجات المشروع ومتطلبات التقارير في الوقت المحدد.
- يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للعملاء فيما يتعلق بمسائل الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة المشروع والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية.
- مراقبة امتثال المقاول لشروط العقد وأحكامه.
- مراجعة وتقديم توصيات بشأن التغييرات والمطالبات وتمديد الوقت والنزاعات التعاقدية.
- ضمان ممارسات التوثيق وإدارة السجلات المناسبة.
- مراقبة ميزانيات الإشراف على المشروع واستخدام الموارد.
- مراجعة توقعات المشروع وخطط التوظيف والأداء المالي.
- دعم الإدارة في تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والربحية.
- تحديد فرص الكفاءات التشغيلية وتحسين التكاليف.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير دورية عن أداء المشروع للإدارة العليا والعملاء.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشروع المتعلقة بالجدول الزمني والجودة والسلامة والتكلفة.
- رفع القضايا الحرجة وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الحوكمة التنظيمية وإعداد التقارير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في أحد تخصصات الهندسة أو العمارة ذات الصلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- عضوية مهنية في مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في مشاريع الإنشاءات والهندسة.
- 10 سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري أو قيادي ضمن الإشراف على الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو الاستشارات الهندسية.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على مشاريع البنية التحتية المتوسطة أو الكبيرة أو المباني المعقدة أو التطوير الحضري.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات والتنسيق مع المسؤولين الوظيفيين الآخرين (إدارة العقود/التجارية، مراقبة المشاريع، الهندسة).
- خبرة في التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات الحكومية.
- خبرة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط (يفضل).
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة مكتبية سريعة الخطى تجمع بين أعمال الإشراف على الإنشاءات والأعمال الإدارية.
- الانفتاح على ترتيبات ساعات العمل المرنة.

Your role
- The Head of Construction, Testing and Commissioning and Hand-Over is responsible for leading and managing construction supervision activities across the Project. The role ensures that construction works are delivered in accordance with approved designs, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budget constraints, and project schedules. The duties have continuity through leading the testing and commissioning activities and hand-over of the works to the Client and/or operator. The Manager oversees supervision teams, coordinates with clients and contractors, and provides leadership to achieve successful project delivery.
- Lead and manage construction supervision teams, including Resident Engineers, Discipline Engineers, Inspectors, and support staff.
- Establish project supervision objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Mentor, develop, and evaluate team members to maintain a high-performing organization.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and issues.
- Direct corrective and preventive actions to minimize project impacts.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding construction supervision matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in project review meetings and executive-level presentations.
- Monitor contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Review and provide recommendations regarding variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual disputes.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management practices are maintained.
- Monitor project supervision budgets and resource utilization.
- Review project forecasts, staffing plans, and financial performance.
- Support management in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
- Prepare and present periodic project performance reports to senior management and clients.
- Monitor project KPIs related to schedule, quality, safety, and cost.
- Escalate critical issues and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and reporting requirements.
- Degree in a related Architecture of Engineering discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional membership with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
- At least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role within construction supervision, project management, or engineering consultancy.
- Proven experience overseeing medium or large-scale infrastructures, complex buildings and/or urban developments.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with other functional leads, majorly contract/commercial management, projects controls, engineering.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government authorities. Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust competency on construction supervision, site management, quality management and construction planning.
- Good competency on contract and commercial management, project controls, quality control and engineering.
- Good knowledge of inspection and testing techniques with regard to temporary and permanent works.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, mid and long-term thinking and anticipation skills.
- Strong engineering judgement, communication and technical reporting skills.
- Strong ability on negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making and problem-solving.
- High level of organisation and commitment to your work.
- Excellent personal organisational skills and team work.
- Used to work in a fast-paced office environment combining construction supervision works and administration work.
- Open to adapt to flexible working hours arrangements.
- Experience working in the KSA or wider Middle East region is preferred.
