تعلن AtkinsRéalis عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس مقيم (Resident Engineer) للإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع المباني الشاهقة والمتعددة الاستخدامات والفنادق والمشاريع السكنية والتجارية والبنية التحتية في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود المهندس المقيم جميع أنشطة الإشراف الموقعي، ويضمن تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية وفقاً للتصاميم المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع واللوائح السعودية ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجداول الزمنية. كما يوفر القيادة للفرق الميدانية متعددة التخصصات، وينسق مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة، لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح من مرحلة البناء وصولاً إلى الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة أنشطة الإشراف اليومية للمباني الشاهقة والمشاريع المتعددة الاستخدامات والفنادق والمشاريع السكنية والتجارية الكبرى.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع ومتطلبات العقد وكود البناء السعودي وأنظمة الجهات الرسمية.
- إدارة فرق الإشراف الموقعي متعددة التخصصات (المدني، الإنشائي، المعماري، الميكانيكي والكهربائي، المفتشين، والصحة والسلامة).
- متابعة التقدم الإنشائي وضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني المعتمد والمعالم الرئيسية للمشروع.
- التنسيق مع العملاء ومديري المشاريع والمقاولين والاستشاريين ومزودي الخدمات والجهات الرسمية لتسهيل تنفيذ المشروع والحصول على الموافقات.
- ضمان تطبيق إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في جميع الأنشطة الإنشائية.
- إجراء التفتيش والتدقيق الموقعي الدوري للتحقق من الامتثال لمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة والبيئة والعقد.
- مراجعة وحل المشكلات التصميمية والإنشائية الفنية، وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية وتوصيات.
- قيادة اجتماعات متابعة التقدم والتنسيق مع المقاولين لمعالجة التأخير والتحديات الفنية واستراتيجيات تخفيف المخاطر.
- مراجعة مطالبات المقاولين وأوامر التغيير وطلبات تمديد الوقت وطلبات الدفع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل وإزالة العيوب وإغلاق المشروع.
- ضمان حفظ وتقديم جميع وثائق المشروع والسجلات والتقارير والمراسلات بشكل صحيح.
- دعم إدارة مخاطر المشروع والقضايا التجارية واهتمامات أصحاب المصلحة.
- المشاركة في تفتيش الجهات الرسمية وتسهيل الموافقات وشهادات الإشغال.
- ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين التخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية والواجهات والتشطيبات والميكانيكية والكهربائية طوال فترة البناء.
- رفع تقارير عن تقدم المشروع والمخاطر وقضايا الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية إلى الإدارة العليا والعملاء.
- قيادة أنشطة تسليم المشروع وضمان الوفاء بجميع الالتزامات التعاقدية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها.
- يفضل حصوله على درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع.
- يفضل أن يكون مسجلاً كمهندس محترف (Professional Engineer) أو حاصلاً على زمالة معترف بها (Chartered Engineer).
- شهادة PMP أو مؤهل مماثل في إدارة المشاريع يُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- العضوية في مؤسسة هندسية مهنية معترف بها مرغوب فيها.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 إلى 20 عاماً في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وتسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كمهندس مقيم أو مهندس إشراف إنشائي أول على مشاريع المباني الكبرى.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع عبر دورة الحياة الكاملة من التنسيق التصميمي والبناء حتى التشغيل والتسليم.
- خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين الدوليين واستشاريي إدارة المشاريع (PMC) والجهات الحكومية.

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for managing all site supervision activities, ensuring construction works are executed in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, Saudi regulations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to multidisciplinary site teams, coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Your role
- Lead and manage day-to-day construction supervision activities for high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, hospitality projects, and large-scale building developments.
- Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, Saudi Building Code, and local authority regulations.
- Manage multidisciplinary site supervision teams, including Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP Engineers, Inspectors, and HSE personnel.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved project schedules and key milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities to facilitate project execution and approvals.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout all construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
- Review and resolve technical design and construction issues, providing practical engineering solutions and recommendations.
- Lead progress meetings and coordinate with contractors to address delays, technical challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Review contractor claims, variation orders, extension of time requests, and payment applications.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, snagging, and project close-out activities.
- Ensure all project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence are properly maintained and submitted.
- Support the management of project risks, commercial issues, and stakeholder concerns.
- Participate in authority inspections and facilitate project approvals and occupancy certifications.
- Ensure effective coordination between architectural, structural, façade, fit-out, and MEP disciplines throughout construction.
- Report project progress, risks, quality issues, and key performance indicators to senior management and clients.
- Lead project handover activities and ensure successful completion of all contractual obligations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management is preferred.
- Professional Engineer registration or recognized chartership is preferred.
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.
- Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution is desirable.
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision and project delivery.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Resident Engineer or Senior Construction Supervision Engineer on major building projects.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design coordination and construction through commissioning and handover.
- Experience working with international consultants, contractors, project management consultants (PMC), and government stakeholders.
