شركة AtkinsRéalis تبحث عن مهندس BIM (مدير معلومات) للعمل على مشاريع المباني الشاهقة والتجارية والسكنية والمختلطة في المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ BIM في المشاريع وفقاً لمتطلبات العميل وخطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) ومعايير الشركة.
- إدارة سير عمل المعلومات والبيانات في المشروع خلال مراحل التصميم والإنشاء والتشغيل والتسليم.
- تطوير ومراجعة وصيانة خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP) وخطط تسليم المعلومات (IDP) وبروتوكولات BIM.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ISO 19650 ومتطلبات إدارة المعلومات الخاصة بالمشروع.
- إدارة النماذج المجمعة وإجراء تمارين كشف التصادم باستخدام منصات تنسيق BIM.
- تنظيم وقيادة اجتماعات تنسيق BIM مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وفرق المشروع.
- مراقبة تطوير النماذج وضمان الامتثال لمستويات احتياجات المعلومات (LOIN) ومستويات التطوير (LOD).
- مراجعة والتحقق من مخرجات BIM المقدمة من المصممين والمقاولين.
- إنشاء وإدارة بيئة البيانات المشتركة (CDE) لتبادل معلومات المشروع والتحكم في المستندات.
- ضمان الالتزام باتفاقيات التسمية ومعايير النماذج ومتطلبات بيانات الأصول وأنظمة تصنيف المعلومات.
- دعم مراجعات التصميم وتقييمات قابلية الإنشاء وورش العمل الرقمية للتنسيق.
- تطوير وصيانة لوحات معلومات BIM وتقارير صحة النماذج وتقارير التصادم ومقاييس معلومات المشروع.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) الخاصة بـ BIM وتقديم تقارير التقدم إلى إدارة المشروع والعملاء.
- تنسيق تكامل BIM مع أنظمة التحكم في المشروع والجدولة وحساب الكميات ومتطلبات إدارة المرافق.
- دعم مبادرات الجدولة رباعية الأبعاد (4D) وإدارة التكاليف خماسية الأبعاد (5D) عند الاقتضاء.
- تيسير عمليات حساب الكميات المستندة إلى BIM وتمارين التصور للمشروع.
- المساعدة في عمليات التسليم الرقمي وإدارة معلومات الأصول.
- تقديم التدريب والتوجيه والدعم الفني لفريق المشروع في مجال BIM.
- دعم تنفيذ مبادرات الهندسة الرقمية وتقنيات المباني الذكية والتسليم القائم على البيانات.
- ضمان تسليم نماذج معلومات الأصول (AIM) بنجاح ووثائق إغلاق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة BIM أو إدارة المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة BIM أو البناء الرقمي أو تكنولوجيا البناء.
- شهادة احترافية في BIM من Autodesk أو BRE Academy أو Bentley أو ما يعادلها مرغوب فيها بشدة.
- يفضل شهادة في إدارة المعلومات وفقاً لـ ISO 19650.
- يفضل عضوية الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- شهادات إضافية في الهندسة الرقمية أو إدارة معلومات المشاريع تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة مهنية من 10 إلى 15 سنة في BIM وإدارة المعلومات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة والواسعة النطاق.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة في العمل مع الاستشاريين وشركات إدارة المشاريع والمطورين والمقاولين.
- خبرة مثبتة خلال دورة حياة المشروع الكاملة من التصميم إلى الإنشاء وحتى التسليم.
- خبرة في إدارة متطلبات BIM في مشاريع تتجاوز قيمتها 500 مليون ريال سعودي تعتبر ميزة.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with BIM standards, manage project information workflows, and facilitate efficient collaboration among designers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role
- Lead project BIM implementation in accordance with client requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and company standards.
- Manage project information and data workflows throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Develop, review, and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Information Delivery Plans (IDP), and project BIM protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project-specific information management requirements.
- Manage federated models and conduct clash detection exercises using BIM coordination platforms.
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor model development and ensure compliance with defined Levels of Information Need (LOIN) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Review and validate BIM deliverables submitted by designers and contractors.
- Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project information exchange and document control.
- Ensure adherence to project naming conventions, model standards, asset data requirements, and information classification systems.
- Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and digital coordination workshops.
- Develop and maintain BIM dashboards, model health reports, clash reports, and project information metrics.
- Monitor BIM-related KPIs and report progress to project management and clients.
- Coordinate BIM integration with project controls, scheduling, quantity take-off, and facilities management requirements.
- Support 4D scheduling and 5D cost management initiatives where applicable.
- Facilitate BIM-based quantity take-offs and project visualization exercises.
- Assist in digital handover and asset information management processes.
- Provide BIM training, mentoring, and technical support to project teams.
- Support implementation of digital engineering, smart building technologies, and data-driven project delivery initiatives.
- Ensure successful delivery of Asset Information Models (AIM) and project closeout documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, BIM Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree in BIM Management, Digital Construction, or Construction Technology is preferred.
- BIM Professional Certification from Autodesk, BRE Academy, Bentley, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Certification in ISO 19650 Information Management is preferred.
- Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Additional certifications in Digital Engineering or Project Information Management are advantageous.
- 10 to 15 years of professional BIM and Information Management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on major high-rise and large-scale building projects.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.
- Demonstrated experience throughout the full project lifecycle from design through construction and handover.
- Experience managing BIM requirements on projects exceeding SAR 500 million is advantageous.
