تسعى شركة AtkinsRéalis إلى توظيف مهندس موقع (Site Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للإشراف على تصميم وإدارة وتركيب المعارض في مشاريع المتاحف والمؤسسات الثقافية ضمن تطوير يركز على التراث والابتكار والاستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال تركيب وتجهيز المعارض في الموقع ومتابعة أداء المقاولين والمصنعين وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للتحقق من جودة الأعمال والامتثال للمعايير.
- مراجعة كتيبات المنهجية والمخططات التنفيذية وعروض المواد.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة إنشاء المعارض للوائح المحلية ومعايير المتاحف الدولية ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- تحديد مخاطر البناء وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف منها.
- تنسيق تسلسل التركيب لتجنب التعارض بين التخصصات.
- دعم عمليات تصنيع المعارض بما في ذلك التفتيش الميداني ومراجعة النماذج الأولية.
- مراقبة جودة التصنيع والامتثال للتصاميم المعتمدة وجداول الإنتاج.
- التنسيق في تصميم وتصنيع الفيتريّات وأنظمة العرض مع ضمان متطلبات حفظ المقتنيات (التحكم بدرجة الحرارة والرطوبة والإضاءة والأمن).
- التنسيق مع مسجلي المقتنيات وأمناء المتاحف وفرق الترميم أثناء التركيب.
- الإشراف على دمج الأنظمة السمعية والبصرية والوسائط المتعددة داخل المعارض (شاشات العرض، أنظمة الإسقاط، البيئات التفاعلية).
- دعم اختبار الأنظمة التفاعلية والتشغيل التجريبي وتسليم المعارض.
- تنفيذ إجراءات ضبط الجودة ومراجعة وثائق الجودة الخاصة بالمقاولين.
- المشاركة في إجراءات المشتريات وتقييم العطاءات الفنية ومراجعة التغييرات والمطالبات.
- الإشراف على عمليات التسليم النهائي وإعداد الافتتاح بما يشمل مراجعة وثائق المنجز وضمان إغلاق نقاط العيوب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية أو التصميم الداخلي أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو دراسات المتاحف أو تصميم المعارض أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تصميم المعارض أو مشاريع المتاحف أو التطويرات الثقافية أو الوجهات السياحية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع متاحف بارزة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة في الإشراف على أعمال تركيب المعارض والمقاولين المتخصصين.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات الحفظ والعناية بمقتنيات المتاحف.
- خبرة في التعامل مع عملاء من القطاع الحكومي والثقافي والتراثي.
- خبرة مفضلة في مشاريع تشمل: المتاحف الوطنية، مشاريع الأحياء الثقافية، مراكز تفسير التراث، مراكز تجارب الزوار، متاحف العلوم، متاحف الأطفال، متاحف الفن، المتاحف الأثرية، أجنحة المعارض العالمية، المعالم الثقافية الغامرة، ومرافق زوار مواقع اليونسكو.

- Construction Supervision & Site Management
- Coordinate exhibition fit-out and installation works on-site.
- Monitor contractor and fabricator performance against approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship quality and compliance.
- Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Ensure exhibition construction activities comply with local regulations, international museum standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Identify construction risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate installation sequencing to avoid conflicts between trades.
- Exhibition Fabrication Oversight Support

- Proven experience delivering high-profile museum projects in the Middle East.
- Experience supervising exhibition fit-out and specialist installation contractors.
- Strong understanding of museum conservation and collection care requirements.
