انضم إلى شركة AtkinsRéalis كمهندس سلامة الحياة (Life Safety Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، للمساهمة في مشروع نقل متعدد التخصصات والعمل ضمن فريق تسليم المشاريع، حيث ستتعاون مع فرق التصميم والهندسة والإشراف على الإنشاءات لضمان الامتثال لمعايير أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة والتوجيه والخبرة الفنية خلال مراحل التخطيط والتصميم والتسليم المتعلقة بتصميم أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق والامتثال للكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- دعم تطوير وثائق الحوكمة والإجراءات المرتبطة بممارسات البرنامج في هندسة أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق.
- تمثيل فريق PMCM في التنسيق مع الجهات المختصة بشأن شؤون السلامة من الحرائق.
- ضمان امتثال تصميم وإنشاء أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق للمتطلبات الفنية، بما في ذلك مراجعة التصاميم والمستندات والتفتيش والاختبار.
- توفير الخبرة الهندسية لفريق الإشراف على الإنشاءات من خلال التفتيش الميداني أثناء مراحل البناء المختلفة.
- تقييم مقترحات الامتثال البديلة المقدمة من المقاول وتقديم ملاحظات حول جدوى المقترح ومواءمته مع متطلبات العميل.
- تنسيق العناصر الفنية للبرنامج المتعلقة بهندسة أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق، بما في ذلك تحديد الأهداف / الغايات.
- التنسيق بين التخصصات الهندسية والمعمارية لضمان التكامل عبر برامج العميل ومنشآته وأصوله.
- مراجعة مخرجات المقاول / المصمم والتحقق من امتثالها للمتطلبات والكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- مراقبة مدخلات المصممين خلال مرحلة الإنشاء (طلبات المعلومات، المخططات التنفيذية، الموافقات على المواد، الموافقات على النماذج، قوائم العيوب، إلخ).
- تقديم تقارير تقدم وإحاطات إدارية متعلقة بتقدم تصميم أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق والمشكلات والفرص.
- التدريب والتوجيه والدعم للتطوير الوظيفي لأعضاء فريق العميل عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سلوك وموقف استباقي تجاه السلامة والمساهمة الإيجابية في ثقافة السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس من برنامج هندسي معترف به في إحدى التخصصات: الكهرباء، الميكانيكا، أنظمة التحكم، هندسة الحرائق، أو أي تخصص هندسي آخر ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا.
- خبرة عملية في التصميم والإشراف على التصميم والإنشاء والتشغيل التجريبي لمنشآت النقل التي تتضمن تدفق الركاب، وذلك في أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسلبية والنشطة. تُعد الخبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة في مجال الحماية من الحرائق في المباني عبر الأنظمة السلبية والنشطة.
- خبرة في إدارة الدخان عبر الحلول السلبية والنشطة وتقييم نماذج CFD.
- خبرة في سلامة الركاب، التقسيم، الإخلاء، ونماذج تدفق المشاة.
- معرفة أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق والمعايير واللوائح والكودات والقوانين ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة والتقنيات ذات الصلة. تعد المعرفة بالجهات القضائية في الرياض ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة بأساليب وممارسات الإنشاء الميداني وإدارة المشاريع والمشتريات، بما في ذلك متطلبات السلامة القياسية والإجراءات في الإنشاء ومراقبة المستندات واختبار القبول في الموقع واختبار القبول في المصنع.
- خبرة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع نطاقًا (مفضلة).

- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات عامة جيدة مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك القدرة على تسهيل الاجتماعات / ورش العمل مع مجموعات كبيرة.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة عند استكمال أعمال التفتيش وإجراءات الاختبار والتوثيق.
- نهج تعاوني مع مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- مهارات تنظيمية جيدة مع القدرة على العمل في بيئة مكتبية سريعة الوتيرة تجمع بين مراجعة التصاميم والهندسة وأعمال الإشراف على الإنشاءات والأعمال الإدارية.

Your role
- Provides advice, guidance and subject matter expertise throughout the planning, design, and delivery of the program as it relates to life safety systems design and construction including compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
- Support the development of governance and process documentation with respect to the program's practices for life safety systems engineering.
- Represent the PMCM team in what refers to Fire Life and Safety for the coordination with the authorities having jurisdiction.
- Ensures that life safety systems design and construction comply with technical requirements, including design reviews, submittal reviews, inspections and testing.
- Providing to the construction supervision team engineering expertise through field inspections during various stages of construction.
- Assesses alternative compliance proposals submitted by the contractor and provides feedback as to the feasibility of the proposal and alignment to client requirements.
- Coordinates the technical elements of the program with respect to life safety systems engineering including establishing targets / goals.
- Coordinates the interface between other engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure integration and coordination across client programs, facilities, and assets.
- Reviews deliverables submitted by the contractor / designer and confirms compliance to the relevant requirements, codes, and standards.
- Monitors the input of the designers throughout the construction phase (RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-up approvals, punch list, etc.).
- Provides Management level progress reports and briefings with respect to fire and life safety systems design progress, issues, and opportunities.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting career development of client staff members when required.
- Keep a proactive Safety aptitude and behavior, and contribute in positive to the a culture of safety.
- Hold a degree from a recognized university engineering program or, college diploma from an engineering technology program in electrical, mechanical, controls systems, fire engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the design, design supervision, construction and commissioning of transport related facilities involving passenger flows for mechanical, electrical, passive and active fire protection systems. Railway related experience is considered a plus.
- Expertise in Fire Protection in buildings through passive and active systems.
- Expertise in smoke management throughout passive and active solutions and evaluation of CFD models.
- Expertise in safety of occupants, compartmentation, evacuation, and pedestrian flow models.
- Knowledge of Life Safety systems along with standards, regulations, codes, laws, requirements from authorities and technologies. Experience and knowledge of agency jurisdictions in Riyadh will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of field construction, project management, and procurement methods and practices, including standard safety requirements, procedures in construction, document control, site acceptance testing, and factory acceptance testing.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when completing inspection and examination testing paperwork.
- Collaborative approach and good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills. Used to work in a fast-paced office environment combining design review, engineering, construction supervision works and administration work.
- Open to adapt to flexible working hours arrangements.
- Experience working in the KSA or wider Middle East region is preferred.
