تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة كهربائي في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية في المنشآت التجارية والصناعية مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة واللوائح.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك الأسلاك والإضاءة وتوزيع الطاقة وأنظمة التحكم في المنشآت التجارية والصناعية.
  • إجراء الفحوصات الدورية ومهام الصيانة الوقائية لتحديد المشكلات المحتملة وضمان الأداء الأمثل للأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية في الأنظمة والمعدات مثل لوحات FACP، نظام BMS، نظام UPS، نظام PAVA، محركات المراوح، المضخات، لوحات التحكم، لوحات الإضاءة، لوحات التوزيع، القواطع الكهربائية وتركيبات الإضاءة.
  • أعمال التنظيف والصيانة الروتينية للمكونات الكهربائية لضمان النظافة والكفاءة.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتنسيق وترتيب أولويات مهام الصيانة وضمان إنجاز أوامر العمل في الوقت المحدد.
  • توثيق جميع أنشطة الصيانة والإصلاح بما في ذلك حالة المعدات والعمل المنجز والقطع المستخدمة في سجلات وتقارير الصيانة.
  • تشخيص وإصلاح أعطال الأنظمة التي تتطلب معرفة تقنية متخصصة ومؤهلات ذات صلة تحت إشراف عام، مع فهم متطلبات الوقت والمواد.
  • طلب التوضيح والدعم الفني عند الحاجة ورفع القضايا حسب المناسب.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية.
  • الامتثال لجميع بروتوكولات السلامة واللوائح وسياسات الشركة أثناء أداء مهام الصيانة.
  • الإلمام بالقوانين الكهربائية والمعايير واللوائح.
  • تقديم التوجيه والدعم للفنيين المبتدئين عند الحاجة.
  • امتلاك المعرفة بأنظمة أتمتة المباني والضوابط.
  • متابعة المشرف لإغلاق الأنشطة/الأحداث في الوقت المحدد.
  • الاستجابة الفورية لطلبات الخدمة والنداءات الطارئة لضمان الحد الأدنى من التوقف وتعطيل عمليات المنشأة.
  • المساعدة في تركيب وتشغيل الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية الجديدة عند الحاجة.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال بما يتوافق مع القوانين والمعايير واللوائح ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ شهادة فنية أو دبلوم في الكهرباء مفضلة.
  • خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر ككهربائي في بيئات سكنية أو تجارية أو صناعية.
  • رخصة كهربائي سارية المفعول (إذا كانت مطلوبة بموجب اللوائح المحلية).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والدوائر والأسلاك وإجراءات السلامة.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية والرسومات البيانية.

Overview

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and wiring in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. They ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently while complying with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Your role

  • The Electrician is responsible for reactive and PPM activities for LV/MV systems, Low current systems, and control panels; providing first response; interacting with the reporting supervisor daily; and ensuring compliance with BEC and Client Contractual FMA & FMR.
  • Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and ensure the optimal performance of electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in systems and equipment, such as FACP Panels, BMS System, UPS System, PAVA System, Fan motors, Pumps, Control panels, Lighting Panels,
  • Distribution Panels, Circuit breakers and lighting fixtures.
  • Perform routine cleaning and servicing of electrical components to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment status, work performed, and parts used, in maintenance logs and reports.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as requested.
  • Under general supervision, diagnose and repair system malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications, understanding time and material requirements.
  • Seek clarification and technical support when needed and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to electrical systems.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Be familiar with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
  • Possess knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
  • Follow up with the supervisor to close activities/events on time.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and emergency callouts, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to facility operations.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment as required.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred.
  • 5+ experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and equipment failures.
  • Familiarity with local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical fitness to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Valid electrician license/certification (if required by local regulations).
