يدير Quantity Surveyor أنشطة التحكم في التكاليف والقياسات والمهام المتعلقة بالعقود لمشاريع المباني.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد طلبات الدفع المؤقتة وكشوف القياسات وتقارير التكاليف.
  • مراجعة وثائق العقد وضمان الامتثال لمعايير التكلفة.
  • قياس الأعمال المنفذة وإعداد قوائم الكميات (BOQs) للتغييرات أو الأعمال الإضافية.
  • المساعدة في المطالبات والتغييرات والمفاوضات التجارية.
  • مراقبة أداء تكلفة المشروع والإبلاغ عن الانحرافات.
  • تقييم فواتير المقاولين ودعم إدارة العقود.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في Quantity Surveying أو الهندسة المدنية.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في مجال QS، ويفضل في مشاريع الطرق/الطرق السريعة.
  • معرفة قوية بـ FIDIC وإدارة العقود وأدوات التحكم في التكاليف.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والتوثيق والتفاوض.

Overview

The Quantity Surveyor manages cost-control activities, measurements, and contract-related tasks for Buildings projects.

Your role

  • Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
  • Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
  • Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
  • Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
  • Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years' QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.
