تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مدني - جسور في منطقة الرياض، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف والتنسيق والمراقبة لأعمال إنشاء الجسور والبنية التحتية في المشاريع، وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقاً للرسومات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة إنشاء الجسور والبنية التحتية.
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للرسومات المعتمدة IFC والمواصفات الفنية وإجراءات المشروع ومتطلبات العقد.
- مراقبة تقدم الأعمال وتقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الموقع.
- مراجعة منهجيات الإنشاء والتأكد من الامتثال لبيانات الطرق المعتمدة.
- تنسيق أنشطة الإنشاء لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال لهندسة الجسور ومحاذاتها وتفاوتاتها الإنشائية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المساحة والجودة للتحقق من التوقيع المساحي والتحديد الهيكلي.
- تنسيق الواجهات بين هياكل الجسور وأعمال البنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- تحديد وحل التحديات الإنشائية التي تؤثر على تسليم المشروع.
- ضمان امتثال جميع الأعمال لمتطلبات الجودة والمعايير المعمول بها.
- مراجعة طلبات التفتيش ودعم اعتماد المواد.
- التنسيق مع الاستشاريين وممثلي العميل وفرق الجودة لإجراء التفتيشات.
- التحقق من الأعمال المنجزة قبل التفتيش والتسليم.
- مراجعة ودعم إعداد سجلات كما تم التنفيذ والتوثيق.
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والاستشاريين وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- حضور اجتماعات مراجعة التقدم والاجتماعات الفنية التنسيقية.
- مراجعة مشكلات الموقع وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.
- ضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب للاستفسارات الفنية والمسائل التصميمية.
- دعم فريق الهندسة في تنفيذ المراجعات التصميمية والتغييرات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع وتحديد التأخيرات المحتملة.
- المساعدة في أنشطة التخطيط الإنشائي قصير وطويل المدى.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- تتبع الإنتاجية والأداء الإنشائي مقابل أهداف المشروع.
- دعم فرق مراقبة المشاريع والتخطيط بتقييمات التقدم.
- ضمان امتثال أنشطة الإنشاء لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية في جميع مناطق العمل.
- المشاركة في تفتيشات السلامة ومحادثات الأدوات والتحقيقات في الحوادث عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية أو إدارة التشييد تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- التسجيل المهني في مؤسسة هندسية معترف بها يفضل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في مشاريع الهندسة المدنية والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إنشاء الجسور ذات الصلة.
- خبرة سابقة في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول الخليج تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل مع استشاريين دوليين أو مقاولين أو برامج بنية تحتية حكومية تفضل.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the construction of bridge and infrastructure works on the Projects. The role will ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Your role
Construction Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day bridge and infrastructure construction activities.
- Ensure works are performed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, technical specifications, project procedures, and contract requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical support to site teams.
- Review construction methodologies and ensure compliance with approved method statements.
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with bridge geometry, alignment, and structural tolerances.
- Coordinate with survey and quality teams to verify setting-out and structural positioning.
- Coordinate interfaces between bridge structures and associated infrastructure works.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges affecting project delivery.
- Ensure all works comply with project quality requirements and applicable standards.
- Review inspection requests and support material approvals.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, client representatives, and quality teams.
- Verify completed works prior to inspections and handover.
- Review and support the preparation of as-built records and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Attend progress review meetings and technical coordination meetings.
- Review site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical queries and design-related issues.
- Support the engineering team in implementing design revisions and approved changes.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
- Assist in short-term and long-term construction planning activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track productivity and construction performance against project targets.
- Support project controls and planning teams with progress assessments.
- Ensure construction activities comply with project HSE requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all work areas.
- Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations as required.
- Ensure safe execution of high-risk activities including lifting operations, work at height, excavations, and temporary works.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous.
- Professional registration with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant bridge construction experience.
- Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with international consultants, contractors, or government infrastructure programs is preferred.
- Strong technical and construction problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.
